Pros:

Allen at the front desk did booking.coms job. He couldnt find my reservation made WITH booking.com. So he got me a better deal. So Allen was great and deserves to work at a better hotel

Cons:

Booking.com. They're a joke. Ill never use them again. I cant stand that kind of incompetence.

My stay
Pros:

I like the location, close to everything. The staff is always friendly and the cleaning crew is great!!

Cons:

There is no microwave or fridge in the room. I think only 2 rooms have them.

I was uncomfortable with some of the clientele “lurking” around.
Pros:

Disappointed there wasn’t even coffee.

Cons:

Bed felt like it was worn out. I felt the bathroom was very limited in its offering…one hand towel and one wash cloth in addition to the 2 bath towels. The faucet for the sink was loose and felt like it might fall off. The room was clean and I had a fairly good sleep (that’s the main thing!).

The staff was great. I liked how accommodating it was. They took cash which was a big plus

Cons:

It was dirtier than expected. You could tell just walking down the hall, it smelled of cigarettes and animal waste. Carpets should be super deep cleaned or replaced.

Pros:

It is a very run down motel. Super expensive for such a crappy place

Cons:

Door where kicked in, smelled funny. All of this would have been fine if it was a super cheap hotel. But it wasn't.

It was okay, but I don't want to use this hotel in the future.
Pros:

The staff was friendly

Cons:

No coffee in the room, no Microwave in the room, no shampoo and conditioner , no tissue box, no elevator
There were three people staying in one room, but there were only one hand towel and one face towl although we had three bath towels.
It was nosiy because of baking dogs and crying children in the hall.

CRAPPY - ir should I say non-crappy since that was not really allowed.
Pros:

Nothing, except that it had a bed.

Cons:

The toilet was unusable upon arrival. If you flushed the toilet it flooded the floor. We were told that WE could plunge the toilet and see if that helped, and since we did not cause the provlem, we did not feel it was our job as a customer to clean it up. The had no solution for Friday night. On Sat we were gone all day from 7 to 6 and we're told it was snaked and good to go. Walked in the toilet room and the floor was already flooded. Went to front desk and was told to throw more towels on the floor and use the toilet.

They were booked and had no other rooms. We were there 2 nights and when traveling w 3 large dogs, there aren't a lot of options to finding another place to stay within our budget. Thankfully, there were useable toilets at the dog event we were attending. They were willing to give us a 20% discount. We're still discussing that. We've stayed at Motel 6 many times in various places, and you get what you pay for, but this issue beats all. AND THEY DON'T CARE!
