Cons:

When I turned up at the property they said they had overbooked and did not have a room for me, so I had to try and find another hotel at 7:30pm! It then took me multiple attempts to get a refund and I’m still waiting for a full refund a month later. This is not acceptable.

A simple motel for the price of a 4 stars hotel. Yes, you pay a prime to stay in Jackson, but I found the price excessiv

An unhappy visit for the price of the stay.
Pros:

The room was small but very clean.

Cons:

It had no hair dryer. The shower spray was in the front of the step in so your hair got soaked as you stepped in. When we went to check out the next morning the desk clerk was incredibly rude to us and to the next couple that came in to check out. His name was Jess.

would not stay here again. although the furnishings were recently updated, the housekeeping is poor

Check in went well, but one of the keys didnt work. receptionist fixed right away

Cons:

floors were very dirty, my socks were disgusting after walking around room. carpet was not vacuumed, as there was trash on floor upon arrival. floor of shower was heavily soiled, slimy buildup. door of bathroom was dirty needed wiped down. Ice machine ice was barely frozen, in need of maintenance/filter change and was in a humid room because of un-properly vented linen dryers. mattress was very firm and uncomfortable
