O hotel está muito bem localizado. Os quartos são silenciosos com janelas anti-ruído. A limpeza é impecável. Toalhas de banho, travesseiros, roupas de cama de qualidade. Equipe muito gentil. Enfim, ótimo custo-benefício.

o meu quarto a chave que mantinha a luz acessa nao estava funcionando bem. quando fui na portaria avisar do problema, todo mundo já sabia que o meu quarto tinha este problema e me deram 2 cartões para colocar no lugar. Ou seja, estavam disponibilizando um quarto para o cliente com problema e nao procuram trocar o quarto e sim fazer uma "gambiarra". Outros pelo visto aconteceu a mesma coisa

Já fiquei mais de uma vez no Confiance Batel. A equipe é atenciosa, os quartos são confortáveis e limpos, tem itens básicos de higiene para a comodidade dos hóspedes e a localização é ótima, perto de vários bares e restaurantes e em um local bem seguro. O café da manhã tem ótimas opções, só senti falta de requeijão ou cream chesse.
