Magnifique hôtel familial, tout est sublimement pensé tant au niveau des espaces et que des structures. Nourriture variée et délicieuse. We arrived in the hope of a quiet two days. What we received was fantastic, from reception where we were greeted with a fantastic Puglia smile and a glass of Prosecco.
We were given a quick guide to the grounds and run down of breakfast/dinner and relaxation options before being shown to our room.
The room was perfect, nice bed, bed linen and hanging space, great en-suite and a lovely open space to sit in front of the room if we wished to take in the quietness, or dark sky at night.
Service was always exceptional, we felt like family.
Food was great, breakfast really good with a vast selection of savoury, sweet and fruit, including hot if you wanted. Evening dinner was great, menu options really good and seasonal, if you arrived for breakfast early enough you’d witness the veg being dropped off from local suppliers.

הכל! המקום בבעלות משפחה מקסימה שגרמה לנו להרגיש חלק. קבלת הפנים בכניסה של דניאלה וכולם היתה מעל ומעבר לכל הציפיות שלנו. המקום מעוצב ברמה מאוד גבוהה ויש שם מחשבה על הכל כדי שתרגיש בנוח. ירד גשם ודאגו לנו לאלטרנטיבות ופעילויות ודאגו שיהיה לנו מה לעשות כל הזמן. המלצרים והשירות ברמה מאוד גבוהה, כולם מאוד רוצים שתהנה כל הזמן. האוכל היה מעולה, המיקום מצויין וליש חופים מאוד יפים, היינו שם 4 לילות, זה המקום הכי טוב שהיינו בו לאורך כל ה16 ימים שלנו באיטליה ובהחלט שנחזור לשם בהזדמנות הבאה שלנו. מקום מושלם!

We loved our stay at Borgo Mulino. The setting is gorgeous, surrounded by olilve trees and the quiet countryside.
Breakfast was delicious - full of local specialties. The owners and the staff could not have been kinder or more helpful.
It's a rare place that feels relaxing and authentic.
Since we needed to rent a car, we found the location a bit remote, especially from the hightlights of northern Puglia -
Great oasis in the Otranto area of Puglia to explore the surroundings. Comfortable bedroom. Nice swimming pool. Good food (we were half board). All the staff were very attentive and friendly

The Pool and Breakfast were Very very good. The staff were incredible.
The beds are not very comfortable, but it seems most beds in Italy are basic comfort.
The hotel is brilliantly run. The layout is lovely. The pool is beautiful. The staff are charming. And the food is fantastic. We rarely stay at the same hotel twice but this may well be an exception.
