This is such a stunning resort, our favorite stay over 2 weeks in Puglia. The breakfast was amazing. The pool was perfect and the excellent staff greeted us with a complementary aperitif which was so nice after a long travel day.
We wished we could stay longer!
La qualité et la propreté des chambres ainsi que le petit déjeuner.
Le manque de climatisation dans la salle de sport. Une toute petite clim dans une grande salle de sport rend la pratique difficile quand la température ambiante dépasse les 30 degrés.
Tout était parfait , la décoration, la piscine incroyable, le personnel très agréable, les extérieurs sont hyper bien entretenus, le petit déjeuner parfait varié, ainsi que la demie pension le soir.
La salle de bain, notamment la douche qui n'est pas au niveau du reste du resort.
Véus le week-end, aucune activités, visite du moulin n'était disponible.
Very well maintained property, which feels authentic and connected to nature. Facilities are good, with a fair amount of activities offered to keep you busy should you so wish. Staff were excellent, but a special mention must be made of Giovanni. He was exceptional throughout our visit and is a big asset to the resort.
WiFi is a bit erratic and slow.

I had a great first impression upon arrival -- front desk staff was very kind, offered a sparkling wine to welcome me, and provided plenty of information about the resort.
Gym well-equipped, staff at breakfast was very kind.
Unfortunately, the stay went downhill from there. The room was very basic, in serious need of renovation, and half of the electrical outlets didn't work. The wifi was terrible (constantly disconnecting/reconnecting from all of my devices) and the property was without power for several hours during one day of my stay. The wifi didn't work for several more hours after the power came back. I realize these types of things are often out of the control of the hotel, but there was zero communication or acknowledgment from the property about such a major and serious inconvenience. The gym was filthy (dirty towels and trash everywhere, no clean towels available for use) and there was no air conditioning (just open doors and ceiling fans -- not comfortable during the heat of August).
My biggest problem, however, was with the lack of customer service. On the last evening of my stay, I inquired at the front desk about staying on site a few hours after checking out to be able to do some work and perhaps use the pool. I was told this is usually not allowed -- which really surprised me, as I have never been told that at any other hotel worldwide and I travel hundreds of nights a year -- but that she would check and send me a WhatsApp message to let me know either way. I had no message and assumed that meant the answer was no, but found the lack of communication and follow-through very disappointing and unprofessional.
On my last day at breakfast, I was given a survey to fill out and I did so honestly and was immediately contacted by reception offering to let me stay a few hours on property. This was clearly a response to my survey rather than an effort to do the right thing by customers. I declined, having made other arrangements when I didn't receive a response, and checked out at the required time. Nobody at reception apologized for the issues I faced, asked how my stay was, or anything at all.
