Mañana atención del.pesonal al organizar las habitaciones y muyyy mal servicio de desayuno. Leche fría servicio de mesa incompleto y poca empata del personal una chica de atencion del dia 5 de agosto en la mañana al atender.. pues no buscaba forma de darse a entender en español y era.descortés para tratar de hablar con ella . Hacia Mala cara y nos dio muuyy mal servicio de desayuno frío. Incompletos los puestos de la mesa.y mal servido

The location is in the center of one of the main tourist corridors of Venice. If you want to escape the crowds you will have to walk away from the hotel. The room was spacious, and the A/C worked very well, however the room is not very comfortable, there is one small closet to hang a few shirts on beaten old hangers.
The real problem are the management staff. There were three that rotated working the front desk and each was worse than the last. Serious, without any sense of humor or flexibility, they require guests to leave keys upon departure and then upon return they are often not at the desk and guests wait like patient children. There is a 3 floor walk up to the hotel and neither the rooms nor a community area have a refrigerator for keeping any snacks cold or chilling a bottle of rose — which you will need after dealing with the reception. Non funziona l'aria condizionata anche dopo averlo fatto presente, e non c'era nessuna finestra o aspiratore in bagno.

Das Frückstück und sehr einfach und beschränkt . Jeder Person bekommt 1 Coissant und 1 mini Baguett und 1 Kaffe und Saft. Ich hatte nicht das Frühstück zubuchen sollen falls ich die Qualität wußte. Es kostet 5 Euro pro Portion.
Die Betten sind ok, nicht sehr angenehm.

La stanza, il letto sembrava vecchio e scomodo, la stanza piccola. İl bagno pulito ma vecchio.

La ducha tenía un tubo que estaba goteando todo el tiempo, y falta de limpieza.
Si tienes maletas muy grandes no lo recomiendo porque no tiene ascensor y está en el segundo piso.

I wasn’t expecting much from the hotel, but at least there shouldn’t have been mould in the bathroom and bedroom. What’s more, smoking is banned in Gomel, yet our room constantly reeked of cigarettes. When I mentioned this to the reception staff, they came in and said they couldn’t smell or see any mould, even though it was on the wall and on the picture. Well, I can’t say it’s a great hotel; I don’t think I’ll be staying there again.

Pas de clim pour 1 des chambres. Salle de bains très petite avec les toilettes. Petit déjeuner très moyen pas de choix peu copieux pas de salé. Pas de bagagerie pour les valises. Personnel très sommaire. On est très loin de l'accueil italien....

Кондиціонер виведений в душ, і капає там дуже голосно не можливо спати, ремонт дуже старий, все подерте або попсуте, і дуже грязно в номері пилюку ніхто не витирає.

The receptionist asked to leave the room key at the reception desk. However, she or he was absent and anybody could take the key.
