L'emplacement est super et une partie du personnel très sympathique.

Cons:

Les installations sont très vétustes délabrées voire cassées, les portes des fenêtres ne ferment pas ou mal, les portes de la douche cassée et prête à tomber. La climatisation perd de l'eau et à mouiller nos affaires. La peinture est humide et écaillée, bref les chambres ne sont pas entretenues du tout, un coup de peinture par dessus pour cacher la misère et puis c'est tout. Heureusement la magie de Venise opère et on oublie la chambre.

La posizione e la gentilezza e disponibilità del personale

Cons:

E’ una struttura datata andrebbe svecchiata ma il personale fa il possibile per rendere piacevole il soggiorno.
P.S. Andrebbero pulite o almeno aspirate le scale dell’ingresso e il sottoscala visto che il portone rimane sempre aperto vista piazzetta, peraltro sempre gremita di gente

La ubicación y la limpieza

Cons:

No tiene ascensor. Le hace falta una renovacion integral. El baño privado está en el pasillo. El café del desayuno no está muy bueno

Buena ubicación pero austero
Pros:

La ubicación. Tienes que reservar el desayuno la tarde anterior (5€ persona)

Cons:

El edificio está en un segundo piso, con escaleras muy inclinadas. La entrada estaba llena de sacos que producían un olor incómodo.
La habitación era austera, pero bien. El baño tenía el suelo sucio, el espejo roto, la cisterna no dejaba de soltar agua (gasto innecesario de agua).
