Pros:

Excelente relación precio-calidad. Estaba limpio, la cama era cómoda y tiene aire acondicionado. Está muy bien ubicado, en pleno centro. El desayuno era sencillo pero estaba bien.

Cons:

El hotel está en un segundo piso sin ascensor, pero esto es algo muy común en Venecia.
El baño que nos tocó era privado pero fuera de la habitación.

J’avais choisi l’hôtel pour son emplacement idéal, mais par contre vu le prix au mois de juin 206 € avec le petit déjeun

Il y avait la climatisation dans la chambre et il était bien placé

Cons:

Le personnel n’était pas du tout agréable. La chambre à l’étage n’avait pas la climatisation que nous sommes arrivés. Il devait faire 30°. La personne au petit déjeuner faisait énormément de bruit en triant la vaisselle. N’avions pas de place pour mettre nos valises ouvertes.

Great location in Venice with reasonable facilities but disappointing breakfast.
Pros:

Great location, comfortable room, good value for Venice.

Cons:

Disappointing breakfast, consisted of croissant, bread roll with jam and coffee. And that was all! No choice of anything else.

Cons:

Chambre à 3 lits réservée depuis plusieurs mois.
En fait, petite chambre à 2 lits avec seulement un lit d'appoint à matelas très mince.
Quant aux 2 autres lits, leur matelas était bien fatigué...
Salle de bain rudimentaire avec cabine de douche aux portes brinquebalantes.
Demande de changement de chambre refusée.
Petit-déjeuner très basique.
D'où insatisfaction globale

Hotel mit extremem Rnovierungsstau. Hotelzugang über enge steile Treppe im 2. Stock. Teilweise Lagerfläche für tägliche Hotelwäsche. Insbes. Zimmer 23als “kleines Doppelzimmer” im Bad unzumutbar. Kaputte Armaturen (Duschbatterie) verkalkte Wasserhahn und Duschkopf. Kompletter Raum als Duschkabine inklusive Klo. Warmwasser erst nach langem Vorlauf. Föhn über Nachtisch am Bett kein Spiegel im Raum. Kaputte Jalousie am Fenster (Südseite). Billiges schadhaftes Mobiliar (Schrank).
