Muy buena opción para descansar y disfrutar del centro histórico.

Ubicación excelente, la vista de la habitación y las amenidades de la misma. Cafetera, plancha, caja fuerte, etc.

El señor malencarado que está en la entrada parecía enojado.Poco amable. La recepcionista atendió bien.

Trato del personal del lobby, en especial de las damas que nos atendieron el 20 de julio al hacer check in,,, todo el tiempo platicando entre ellas,,,, e hacer check out, trato poco cordial, seco, no propia de una recepción de hotel.... Con humedad en el techo del baño de la habitación, el segundo piso no tenia buen aroma, la limpieza no propia de un hotel, el botones, con trato cordial amable y voluntad de servicio, el único. precio beneficios, la próxima prefiero el hotel la concordia.

El personal de servicio muy amable, el check in fue un poco apresurado y no fueron tan amables las chicas que estaban de turno.

Good value and great location.
Pros:

The location is great in downtown. At walking distance from many shops, bars, food options and plazas.The view and staff were nice. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is safe.

Cons:

My family stayed for three nights. The reading lamp attached to the headboard was broken, the towel bar and bathroom fan were falling down. The TV had a green line across the screen. The housekeeping service was not careful with cleaning details. They didn’t sweep the floors well, and forgot to replace the bottles of water per day. The coffee maker at the room had not packages for brewing coffee. I had to ask for it at the front desk. The carpet at the halls had stains. The maintenance people didn’t repair the broken parts fixtures in the bedroom. The WiFi at the lobby was bad and poor in my bedroom. When I checked in the first night I felt the room wasn’t very well clean. I feel the hotel needs to put more attention to the cleaning conditions of the bedroom and don’t let things broken.
