Unpleasent stay
Pros:

The staff on check in was super friendly.

Cons:

The room was poorly maintained.
In the bathroom, the hot water tap in shower was broken and fell off. When I tried to put it back on and turn on the shower the shower head fell off. So therefore I was not able to shower. The toilet roll holder was also broken and not sitting on the wall. I also killed 2 x cockroaches in the main living area. I tried to call late at night to report but no answer. When I checked out at 10am there wasn’t anyone available to checkout so I left my key in the room as per there instruction. When I called them at 11.30am to discuss, the young girl who answered was very lovely and apologetic. She told me she would get the manager to call me to discuss and maybe get some form of compensation considering I couldn’t use the shower and there were cockroaches in the room. This was 4 days ago and still no phone call from a manager.

Super comfortable soft beds, great location, just needed for cleaning attention.
Pros:

Beds are so comfortable, memory foam and super soft, we were pleasantly surprised. Great location , walking distance to everything you need and restaurant downstairs very good food.

Cons:

The floor hadn't been vaccumed properly, apart of the wall beside toilet was broken . and when our room was serviced, everything was re stocked and tidied , but we thought it was a bit odd the beds weren't made alongside this, but not a big deal. Just odd.

Live this accomadation.. Perfect for our band situation
Pros:

Great location to everything around Frankston and fabulous parking.. and being adjoining ti the hotel.. great for food and drinks right next door.!!
