Absolutely shit the worst place ever
Pros:

It was the worst iv ever stayed in it smelled like cat piss and was drity and the was mould on the ceiling in the bathroom it was absolutely the worst place ever

Good staff, great location, concerns about cleanliness
Pros:

Good location and Staff pleasant In the venue.

Cons:

The floors of the bathroom and shower became extremely slippery when wet, felt like there was cleaning product still on there.
On arrival I went to make a coffee to find thick dried on coffee on the bottom of my cup and the spoon was also dirty and stuck to the cup. Made me wonder what else wasn’t cleaned properly.

Good evernight stay as we were travelling from the country to attend a funeral the next day

Unpleasent stay
Pros:

The staff on check in was super friendly.

Cons:

The room was poorly maintained.
In the bathroom, the hot water tap in shower was broken and fell off. When I tried to put it back on and turn on the shower the shower head fell off. So therefore I was not able to shower. The toilet roll holder was also broken and not sitting on the wall. I also killed 2 x cockroaches in the main living area. I tried to call late at night to report but no answer. When I checked out at 10am there wasn’t anyone available to checkout so I left my key in the room as per there instruction. When I called them at 11.30am to discuss, the young girl who answered was very lovely and apologetic. She told me she would get the manager to call me to discuss and maybe get some form of compensation considering I couldn’t use the shower and there were cockroaches in the room. This was 4 days ago and still no phone call from a manager.
