Super comfortable soft beds, great location, just needed for cleaning attention.
Pros:

Beds are so comfortable, memory foam and super soft, we were pleasantly surprised. Great location , walking distance to everything you need and restaurant downstairs very good food.

Cons:

The floor hadn't been vaccumed properly, apart of the wall beside toilet was broken . and when our room was serviced, everything was re stocked and tidied , but we thought it was a bit odd the beds weren't made alongside this, but not a big deal. Just odd.

Pros:

Great location to everything around Frankston and fabulous parking.. and being adjoining ti the hotel.. great for food and drinks right next door.!!

Pros:

The reception staff were excellent and very helpful! Beds were comfy and great location for what we needed.

Cons:

Unfortunately, not very clean. The shower was moldy and the rest of the bathroom was dusty and floors weren't great. Also the fridge may need replacing as it was very loud.

Pros:

I liked the whole aspect of the room which I think is great value for money.

Cons:

There is no microwave, the shower was mouldy and the shower water handles were loose not secured you could pull them off the spindle,
And also the air-conditioner split system filters were completely blocked with dust never been serviced, I cleaned the system myself as this is my trade in order to cool down the room it was over 40 degrees when I stayed and the room was just not cooling down so I knew what the problem was and serviced it myself.
Apart from that the place is really nice it is just a real let down when maintenance is cut short in these areas of shower and climate system servicing
