Cons:

Felt very unsafe! Many homeless people hanging out in parking lot. Many people hanging out motel windows smoking and drinking and yelling at homeless folks in parking lot. Very sad but felt unsafe. Waited about 10-15 minutes for someone to show up at front desk to assist me. Asking to be refunded.

Nice staff and cheap price

Cons:

Very sketchy location, heavy smell of tobacco/marijuana, and very run down. The room was dirty, the air vent was moldy and the curtains had holes and questionable stains.

The property and room was so bad I literally booked another hotel and left before even unloading my car.

Nothing, it was disgusting. The stairwells, hallways, and room was disgusting. The parking lot was full of trash and cars overflowing with trash.

Cigarette burns in the bed, the non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes that followed us after we left, trash throughout the halls, garbage spewed across multiple parking spaces. Multiple people passed out in the parking lot and attacked grass areas meant for pets.

I would not recommend a family with kids to stay here. Ever.

I didn’t like how when we got into the building the whole place smelt like cigarette smoke. Including in the room. Along with other questionable smells the bed sheet and blankets were also covered in cigarette burns. Also, when we were doing a sweep through of the room to make sure our toddler wouldn’t find anything small to put in his mouth we came across what we were later told was methamphetamine in the AC unit where he could have reached it and put in his mouth if we hadn’t found it first.

Irritated, because they gave me a room with the cable and TV wasn't working.
Pros:

The guy at the front desk tried his best to help me out, I think the property manager should inspect each room to make sure everything is working before people start spending their hard working money..

My sink didn't have hot water and the maintenance person attempted to fix it for over 2 hours in my room while I just had to hold off what I needed to do to get ready for the day, and then didn't end up fixing it in the end so I had no hot water in my sink for the 3 days I stayed there. I also saw 2 cockroaches in my room and told the front desk about it and they did nothing. There was noisy guest on both sides of my room as well as across the hallway from me, it was non stop fighting, yelling, and people going in and out at all hours of the day and night slamming doors. And 3 different times from 3 different car alarms went off for over 5 mins each throughout the night. And there was a dog fight right outside my door that resulted in one dog going poop right in front of my door which nobody cleaned up it was there for over 12 hours.over all my stay was very unpleasant, this place could have done so much better than they did.
