Having Hotel beside was good for food and drinks.

Cons:

Didnt start well with AC Condenser unit on roof rumbling like a frieght train running through room. It was the adjacent rooms AC. I went and asked if I could change rooms and the guy behind the desk kindly helped out and moved to another room. Complementary drink cards to ease the hastle.
Could not fault the new room.
Outside areas is in need of some serious maintenance.

I was in Geraldton for a funeral and was trying to find accommodation near the cemetery but unfamiliar with the area.
