Stop asking the non primary guest for ID.
Cons:

My lost her wallet on the airplane, and they would let me check in even though the room was in my name and I had my ID ready.

The bed was uncomfortable, and there was hair on the sheets and the bed. The tv was glitching also

I had asked about a refund for a double L e booking caused by unreliable internet problems in the area. I never received the refund. I'm very unhappy with Motel 6 and Booking.com.

Pros:

It was just a good place to stay while some repairs where being done to my house.

Cons:

There was one person that was making alot of noise arguing but you guys made them leave the property. So it worked out alright.
