Ils me disent d'appeler Booking ! Il a fallu se fâcher pour que la manager gère le problème en 1 minute ! Et elle avec le sourire !
We had initially booked for a Friday night arrival, but unfortunately, we had to change our date to a Saturday night. We reached out to Booking.com and received an email confirming that the reservation date change had been approved. However, when we arrived on Saturday night, we were informed that we had been considered a no-show on Friday and that we didn’t have a reservation.
I immediately called Booking.com, and they were able to accommodate us by finding another room. Despite my initial frustration, Sabrina, the helpful staff member at Motel 6, managed to calm me down and guide me through the process.
We were given another room, but when we unpacked, we discovered that the bathroom sink drain plug was not in working order. Sabrina kindly upgraded our room at no additional charge. The next morning, we received confirmation that the property had approved the reimbursement for the no-show reservation.
With the reimbursement in hand, we continued our journey to Idaho.
The broken sink plug on the bathroom sink war the clincher, but Sabrina made the change quickly and we moved to the new room.
The ice machines had broken signs on them.i was leaving the next morning and a fireman was getting ice and then repaying the sign???
The boys at the front desk could be more welcoming and friendlier.
Changed room was good. TV worked well.
Had to change room due to noisy electrical equipment room.
Great location
Nothing
Chambre agréable. Petit-déjeuner correct.
The location.
The bathroom had dirty rags with brown stains, and the entire bathroom smelled like pee. When we woke up in the morning, it was so overwhelming smelling like pee that we had to immediately pack our things and leave. It was 140 a night, and I wouldn't pay more than $30; I would have preferred camping outside.
I like the location, it was close to the campground my family was staying at.
The parking was horrible, we had to park on the other side of the hotel from our room. We were there for four days maid came in once dropped off two towels took two wet ones and that was it. That was on the first day we were there, she didn’t bother, dropping off more shampoo, conditioner, coffee, or extra trash bags.
Very clean room. Nice and helpful customer service.
The young man at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The coffee was excellent.
L’emplacement, la propreté des chambres, l’espace machine à laver très pratique sur un road trip
Peut être l’absence d’un micro ondes et d’un petit frigo dans les chambres
location, room change upon request
The lighting in the room was poor, and the room was very small. It smelled strongly of cleaning products. The hot water in the sink didn't work, and although the heater/AC appeared to be functioning, I didn't notice any change in the room's temperature. I also had to change rooms because the first one was located above an electrical room, and the noise was unbearable.
Good price, great location
