Good location
Very nice and kind staff

Cons:

The air conditioning is not powerful at all.
No elevators
Very noisy during the day.
Double bed is just two single beds pushed together

Fab hotel, close to amenities, great team at hotel.
Pros:

Great helpful staff, nothing a problem. Cleaning ladies polite and very efficient, close to beach and walkway, and bonus we got upgraded to full sea view.

Cons:

Had to leave and come home.

Estancia hotel village.
Pros:

El buffet es lo más espectacular en ese hotel, todo muy limpio y hay mucha variedad de comidas todos los días. Las habitaciones son muy limpias y muy atentos a todo.

Cons:

El agua de la piscina estaba realmente fría, no se podía bañar a gusto, casi un 80% de los residentes del hotel, a las 7:00 de la mañana ya tenían todas las hamacas cogidas y volvían a las habitaciones. Las vistas de la habitación no es lo que esperábamos, teníamos vistas a una pared, la cual no podíamos abrir las cortinas porque todo el mundo que pasaba por allí nos podía ver.

El personal de comedor era encantador y muy amable. Te atendían rápido y con gran educación.

Cons:

Nos tocó una habitación que tenía vista a una pared. Al comentarlo cuando me la dieron la persona de recepción dijo que no había otra porque el hotel estaba lleno. Pero al mirar en su web pude observar que sí quedaban libres. Puse una reclamación a Dirección y me ofrecieron cambiarla al día siguiente.

Vacaciones en Lanzarote
Pros:

Hotel bonito, limpieza impecable y en general todo bien cuidado. Muy agradable y estancia cómoda.

Bien situado, zona tranquila pero a 5 minutos de tiendas y restaurantes en el paseo marítimo, y la playa cruzando la calle.

Cerca del aeropuerto y bien situado para excursiones.

Personal muy amable.

Cons:

Que te cobren 2€ por día por usar la caja fuerte de la habitación. Creo que es una práctica que no está a la altura de un hotel de este tipo.

Aunque entiendo que es subjetivo, pero el café de máquina automática del desayuno es sinceramente imbebible. Optamos por leche caliente y café soluble de sobre (que está incluido en el desayuno).

Es un hotel claramente orientado al turismo alemán e inglés y se nota en los horarios. El jacuzzi de la piscina se cierra a las 19:00 y el buffet de la cena termina a las 21:30.

Rien a dire, j’ai adoré mon séjour
Pros:

Bien situé. Grand parking. Le personnel super gentil. L’hôtel est propre et super beau. Petit déjeuner très grand avec un large choix. Nous avions un grand balcon donnant une vue sur la mer. Hôtel grand mais très calme
