Everything.only problem was that there wasn’t enough choice in beers& wine glasses were to small .Children not allowed in the jazzy.But still children were in there 😡

Great hotel, facilities and view!
Pros:

Plenty of space in bedroom, lovely and clean.
No need to get up early to reserve Sun loungers was a huge bonus, always plenty available.
Excellent food and lots of variety at each meal.

Cons:

There isn’t too much close by but we didn’t mind as used a a base for a few days.

Excellent hotel in great location, overlooking the beach.
Pros:

Excellent location. Centre of Puerto Del Carmen and Matagorda within easy reach.
Very nice pool area with ample sunbeds. Separate kiddies pool. Jacuzzi, sauna and gym on site. Also, entertainment
for both adults and children daily and nightly.
Excellent buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Cons:

A wider choice of gluten free products needed for dietary requirements.
Some apartments only accessible by steps.

Una experiencia muy agradable
Pros:

Estuvimos una semana en Lanzarote en el mes de Julio.El hotel fue muy agradable y cómodo.

Cons:

Lo que menos me gustó es que estaba algo alejado de la zona más bulliciosa de Puerto del Carmen
