Pleasant, except the children's and some adult's behavior at the pool

Resort meraviglioso, colazione e cena sempre buone e molto varie per tutti e 7 i giorni del soggiorno! staff gentilissimo e sempre presente . La prima sera siamo arrivati in piena notte e ci hanno anche offerto un pranzo per recuperare la cena che non avevamo fatto. TOP

Siamo stati molto bene
Pros:

Posizione ottima per girare l’isola, perfettamente al centro. Parcheggio molto ampio all’esterno sia della struttura sia bordo strada.
Avevamo il volo di arrivo la sera tardi, oltre l’orario di cena e ci hanno fatto trovare in camera un piatto freddo, sono stati molto carini.
La stanza nella norma, eravamo al piano terra ed aveva uno spazio esterno con tavolo e sedie.

Lanzarote village is a lovely hotel, it is well maintained and constantly being cleaned. The waiting staff are super friendly. We stayed all inclusive and enjoyed every meal. The majority of the food on offer did become a little repetitive, but each night there was something different. The location is great. I thought the main part of the resort was a bit tacky, but the hotel is a bit further out while still close enough for a walk into Puerto del Carmen for a mooch around the shops.

Cons:

The hotel entertainment wasn't the best. There was a very good flamenco performance. Some of the singers weren't great.

Hotel in posizione strategica. Fermate bus vicine e a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Aeroporto raggiungibile in 10 minuti di auto. Alla reception tutti gentili e disponibili. Camere spaziose e pulite. Ambiente piscine ben tenuto. Particolare menzione alla qualità del cibo sia x colazione che x cena (fatto mezza pensione).

Forse hotel si trova in posizione più esposta x il vento. Si è sentito bene tutta la vacanza. In alcune stanze il Wi-Fi prendeva poco
