Pros:

Quarto grande e confortável, cama, roupa de cama e banho, ducha forte e quentinha. Bom café da manhã. Atendimento cordial dos colaboradores em geral. Localização excelente no coração de Agriões.

Cons:

Isolamento acústico não era 100%, ouvia-se barulhos do quarto de cima, coisas caindo no chão, portas batendo etc. Mas acho que isso é um problema comum nos hotéis em Teresópolis, pelo que percebo. No mais, tudo ok.

Cons:

Banheiro com ralo entupido. Cartão do quarto não funcionava. Funcionários da recepção confusos e sem conseguir resolver a questão da entrada no quarto pois o sistema de cartão não funcionava. Travesseiros muito finos.
