Location near the port

Cons:

The room, linens and towels are not clean. When I asked for the linens be replaced, the housekeeping staff seemed angry.
The three staff that we met when checked in were not so friendly, unlike all the other stays we had.
The check-in staff even made me pay upon arrival. When I checked the app, I saw that I already paid, so I asked for a refund, upon checking, he admitted that he was at fault because he just followed the previous shift's staff's notes and didn't check their computer records and promised that they will refund the duplicate payment the next day at checkout and inform the next receptionist. Upon checking out, it turned out that the next shift staff was not informed. At first, the staff on duty kept on insisting that I didn't pay online. I reiterated that the previous shift staff already checked and asked him to check again, and it took us minutes going back and forth with the conversation before the said staff checked the computer and agreed we already paid. Didn't even receive an apology from him unlike the previous staff.

Ubehagelig og ekkelt hotell.
Pros:

Ingenting, vi måtte bo der fordi vi ikke rakk båten til Lembongan

Cons:

Sengetøyet var skittent, rommet var skittent, det lakk vann utover gulvet på badet. Personalet var ikke hyggelige.

Booking.com is not fair, sell the room that unavailable, so guest must upgrade/ add cost with the available room.

Peguei esta hospedagem apenas para passar 1 noite em Sanur. Fechei por causa da localização e preço. Nao tenho do q reclamar pq paguei barato entao o q foi oferecido é compatível com o que foi pago.

Att det gick att uppgradera till ett lite dyrare rum.

Cons:

De billigaste rummen var vidriga. Smutsiga & stank urin inne på toaletten.

Uppgraderade pga det men vi fick inte pengarna tillbaka 👎

Billigt. Uppgraderade boendet, de billigaste rummen var FRUKTANSVÄRDA! Lortiga & stank urin. Vi bytte till lite dyrare rum som var helt ok 👍

Cons:

Fick inte tillbaka pengarna för de sunkiga rummen vi först bokade.
