Beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. Breakfast on Saturday great.
Breakfast on Sunday was not great. Door to the patio outside the pool area the card reader did not work. 2nd floor ice machine broken and vending machines empty. Left towels outside the door of the room as suggested to get new towels and received none. Pool was nice but not enjoyable due to kids jumping from the hot tub deck into the pool. Couldn't even enjoy or relax.
My son has autism, and he is always trying to make friends. Staff could have easily just said hello and went on with their day, but they didnt. I think his name was Justin, but he took time to make sure my son felt included, let him meet and say hi to all the staff. He felt so seen and special. We were there for a medical visit, and they made the whole trip from something my son dreaded, to something he was so excited about. Thank you for making my boy feel included and seen! Its really a rare experience to meet such caring people!
It was easy to find and close to the venue we were attending. Of course it was clean. The breakfast was very good. There were amenities we weren’t able to take advantage of because of our short stay; the pool.
Nothing about our stay was not to our liking.

Bed was nice, room was spacious and clean, location was perfect for us.
When we arrived they would not check anyone in before 3pm and staff were extremely rude to a lobby full of people. Breakfast was awful with limited choices, junk food and not enough facilities for the crowd.

Booked a room for 5 people. Room was stocked with 3 bath towels. When we contacted the front desk to ask for more, they seemed confused. Not sure why they would only provide 3 towels for 5 people. Pull out couch bed was approximately 1/2 thick and there were no sheets or a blanket for it anywhere in the room. Shower head in the bathroom made a very loud high pitch noise when in use.

I made the reservation & received a confirmation that I would have 2 Queen Beds and a Roll in Shower. However, when I arrived at the hotel and went into the room with my FRIEND, not spouse or partner, it was a King bed & a sofa bed. That is NOT what I asked for or paid for. The front desk staff said it wasn't their fault and they would contact a manager. That manager, whoever it was, did not answer. The staff said that I would have to wait till morning to talk with someone. They were sold out & there was nothing they could do. I am 70 years old and both my friend and I have mobility issues. The bathroom was not accomodating at all. It was a bathtub, not a roll in shower. That toilet was so low, it was difficult using it. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all and we had to go ask for sheets. The only thing in the room was pillows. I have never been so miserable in my life. I feel I should get a full refund as I did not get what I paid for. The hotel manager said that you all told them I paid for a room for 2 people, not that I requested a double queen. There has been a breakdown soumewhere in communication and this needs to be fixed. I expect to be contacted by someone at your company regarding this matter.
All was nice with the facilities
Booking.com charged me at the time of booking and so did the hotel. I was charged twice and I still have not received a refund from the hotel. I am not rich and need my money back.
