Location and staff.

Cons:

Beds are extremely high and difficult to get into. Only a really tall or young person could get in easily. Blankets would not pull up.

Replace the feather pillows—they smell like old birds.
Pros:

In the evening, we were greeted by a wonderful man at the front desk; the rooms are clean. In the dining hall at breakfast, the women were—well, just incredibly kind! They welcomed the hungry guests with a smile.

Cons:

There is an unpleasant smell in the room. Furthermore, the feather pillows could be replaced with fresher ones.

Pros:

Beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. Breakfast on Saturday great.

Cons:

Breakfast on Sunday was not great. Door to the patio outside the pool area the card reader did not work. 2nd floor ice machine broken and vending machines empty. Left towels outside the door of the room as suggested to get new towels and received none. Pool was nice but not enjoyable due to kids jumping from the hot tub deck into the pool. Couldn't even enjoy or relax.

Pros:

My son has autism, and he is always trying to make friends. Staff could have easily just said hello and went on with their day, but they didnt. I think his name was Justin, but he took time to make sure my son felt included, let him meet and say hi to all the staff. He felt so seen and special. We were there for a medical visit, and they made the whole trip from something my son dreaded, to something he was so excited about. Thank you for making my boy feel included and seen! Its really a rare experience to meet such caring people!

We got to our venue on time and got a good night’s sleep
Pros:

It was easy to find and close to the venue we were attending. Of course it was clean. The breakfast was very good. There were amenities we weren’t able to take advantage of because of our short stay; the pool.

Cons:

Nothing about our stay was not to our liking.
