Would have been nice with a dinner option at hotel

Money value. First class swimming pool.

Thailand the land of smiles, certainly didn't see any evidence here. It felt like i had entered a morgue. with as much character and personality as a badly run one.

Souless uninviting and unfriendly staff. Salt to my wounds when they charged me £32/ night, for an experience and service of a 1* hotel

I believe they have been operating like this for a while. Giving bot generated answers to all reviews.

Please save your money and stay away

I usually stay at another similar hotel next door, but thought I would try this one for a few days.

Nice size room but very sparsely furnished. But found ladies hair all over it, so it had not been cleaned thoroughly. Shower pressure was awful and had to ask for the shower head to be replaced. It was mounted at chest height, so had to crouch to get under it to wash my hair. Mattress was lumpy. No kettle or hair dryer in the room.

On the plus side, there is a nice swimming pool, internet speed was excellent and staff very friendly. The price was reasonable for a hotel in a good location and included breakfast, although the selection was very basic.

Whilst I would not rule out staying there again, I would prefer to stay at the other hotel, which has been my favourite for over ten years.

This hotel is aging badly. Breakfast was the worst I have every experienced in any hotel anywhere.
I'll never go back.

For the price given i would say not really fair but it was ok never the less.

Overall experience: the worst hotel I've been too.
The manager and his staff have no respect and no skill of customer service and staff is very rude. Dont expect any room service to clean up your room.
Breakfast is served in cracked plate and tea cup ,dirty spoon. Worst experience in pattaya was our stay in this hotel.

Stayed at the hotel for 3 days as booked previously but staff and room service is worst they are least bothered and very rude not recommended at all ...we asked them for extra empty glass for water after waiting for half and hour and reminding again again they didn’t provided it and suggested us to use glass kept in washroom

Not clean, uncomfortable beds, not safe,not to have an access to my documents after 11 pm till 7 am. We had to leave the property and get another hotel

lovely hotel the best pool in Pattaya, and great views I booked a suite with pool views all the amenities you come to expect in Thailand, breakfast was exceptional, and included in price, close to the beach & walking street.

Need to change all pool furniture all old and broken and need pool service for drinks no one offers

The hotel location is ideal. if you are looking for just a hotel its ok, but if you think a hotel with first class service you will be disappointed. reception does not understand English and do not care about customer complain.but the hotel breakfast is good, swimming pool is big. wifi is hell. restaurants are nearby. this hotel consist big area.

We selected the hotel as this was among closest to beach and walking street. Dirty linen, no basic amenities, rude staff, worst breakfast spread, poor food and dirty pool. If you want to learn How to ruin a good location and property just visit this hotel. Owners of hotel seem to have ignored property and given management to some uninterested party.. No body seems to care..

Location is good., but breakfast average, room condition average, worst is staff didn't mention the free water bottle cannot be throw must 1 to 1 exchange for new. End up I have paid 30bath for missing 1 bottle as throw in the rusbbin bin but they say didn't find it.

Except for the very nice housekeeping staff, the receptionists and breakfast dining room staff were unfriendly robots.

Staff dont speak English properly. Not welcoming. Unfriendly and indifferent attitude towards the guests. Cleaning staff is rude.

Old dirty otel,hostels are much organized and clener.the best thing was swimming pool.ıf ı were them definetly wont provide breakfast.it will be better that way

worst hotel in Pattaya , dirty Rooms with dirty linen , no maintenance, horrible breakfast layout, full of flies and in restaurant area cats r there to serve .would never reccomend this hotel to any one
