Las toallas estaban en mal estado, con agujeros y deshiladas; favor mejorar este aspecto que aunque básico da una impresión de descuido para el huésped. Además que se escuchaba mucho ruido desde la recepción.

We stayed here from April 2 - 26, 2025. We had 2 rooms. One on ground floor and one on 2nd floor. Rooms were actually bigger than we expected. Hotel and rooms were very clean. Bottled water was left daily for us. Hotel looks basic on the outside but is quite cute on the inside. Breakfast was included and was very good! Staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to help you. Hotel is in a good area and in walking distance to some restaurants. Its also a close drive away to the historical area of San Salvador with a taxi ride for just $5 (easier than driving and trying to find parking). Grocery store was just a 2 minute drive away. The only thing that would have made this a 5* experience was if rooms had a mini fridge in them. When we return to El Salvador, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.
It was clean
Front desk girl was a little rude, beds are highly uncomfortable to the point where we couldn’t get rest and they don’t even give you blankets only a sheet. Toilet was leaking water and my daughter fell and hurt her knee. Food was not good.
