the guy from the front desk did the check in and didn’t told my anything about the facilities from the hostel, not even the BF time, the bath place was dirty as well the room floor

Nothing. Cramped lobby, unclean.

Cons:

The room’s sheets were stained. There were yellow stains all over the washroom. Swimming pool’s water was cloudy. I asked the receptionist for a match box and he said they don’t have it, and I can go out and ask someone if they have it. Needless to say, I chose not to stay after all that. The problem? I had prepaid, and I never saw that money again. Saving grace was the professionalism of Booking.com’s customer service. Atleast they gave some nominal amount as travel credit, which I respect. It’s the gesture that matters.

Good hotel Good food good location but they do not follow honesty policy.
They give us two basement rooms 002 and 003 telling that these are ground floor rooms. I told that lady at front desk who attended us at 1 PM on 11th April that it is my parents anniversary so give us good rooms but she said that the other rooms were not available. She lied! Dishonest lady!
If you want to give basement rooms then this information should be while booking the hotel. Don’t fool them that this is ground floor. It is actually 80% basement!
