Middelmatig.
Pros:

Dichtbij een winkelcentrum, waar je makkelijk kan winkelen en eten. Openbaar vervoer was in de buurt.

Cons:

Woonkeuken was erg warm, en vloerverwarming stond aan. Airco was centraal geregeld, waardoor je deze in april niet kon gebruiken. Temperatuur in de woonkeuken was bijna 27 graden. En de vloerverwarming ging niet uit. Dus was onaangenaam voor mijn kinderen om daar te slapen. Na mijn dringende verzoek kregen we volgende dag een ventilator. Huis was wel schoon, maar op aantal plekken waren lange haartjes te zien.

Cons:

Ambiente poco pulito, nessun elettrodomestico presente in casa, materasso scomodo, divano letto non pronto (l’abbiamo dovuto aprire noi), check-in scomodo, sono stato costretto a raggiungere a piedi il centro commerciale dove è presente l’ufficio.

Ne ho avuti di migliori, ma anche di peggiori.

Mi è piaciuto molto dal punto di vista della posizione, della disponibilità e cura del personale.

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto il prezzo troppo alto per un appartamento pieno di mobili ma vuoti, con un soffione della doccia completamente incrostato di calcare e che spruzza acqua da tutte le parti.

The male staff member at the apartment hotel residence was kind enough to take us to the apartment and explain everything well. The size of the unit and the balcony outside was spacious and nice, offering a place to enjoy a meal in the sunshine. I wanted to try it, but I wasn't given the opportunity. There were many ants under the door leading into the unit and around the toilet, which was extremely uncomfortable. It seems necessary to make an effort to prevent ants from living inside the house, even if it requires using insecticides. However, the bedroom wasn't cramped, the bed was comfortably soft, and the bathroom was a decent size. Although it was only for two days, I had a good stay and thank you. The citizen's tax in Milan is expensive. It would be great if it were reasonably priced.

La cortesia e disponibilità dello staff. Il appuntamento era spazioso e pulito. Vicino al centro e al metro Ponale. Vicino al centro commerciale con ristorante e fast food.
