Le camere al momento della prenotazione prevedeva una vista mare. Purtroppo solo una delle due camere affacciava su strada dove si intravedeva la spiaggia, l’altra camera non aveva nessuna vista mare.

The owner posted a photo of beach view from the window, which is fake. View is blocked by tents from the noisy bar right below and outside the window.
I had found other hotels nearby for same price, which i went to see them for future visits. But this casa vacanze owner does not mention that the room hears noise from the bar from 7 am food preps, and until 2:30am people talking and starring into your room from the bar below.
Also dirty, bed sheets had stains, not enough towels, small old coffee kettle with a melted handle that makes 1/2 cup of coffee at a time, so you have to boil water 4X or more (no coffee maker). The kitchen sink leaks water, spraying towards you. The only pan fryer is teflon that gets scratched by metal utensils. They charge a deposit until you show a picture that you left the kitchen clean, an absurd. Apartment filled with bugs.

qualche formichina qua e la, forse è un problema proprio di queste zone con le alte temperature, ma se si sta tutto il giorno in giro e poco in casa non ci si fa nemmeno caso

DIRTY OLD RUN DOWN. additionally paid parking in a incredible ridiculous tiny spot next to the garbage bins for the entire building that is over flowing with garbage and rat traps everywhere. Beach chair and umbrella charges unclear as they change based on the employee you speak to ...no receipt given when paid for and staff make a big fuss and challenge when paying for spots even though over 100 spots EMPTY. I have video of the property and complaints but site doesnt allow for videos to be posted

No aircon in bedrooms got vey hot with 38-40 degree days. The shower was very small and tight space in bathroom.

Der var en stor turbine (aircondition-anlæg) som larmede rigtig meget lige uden for værelserne

Vi bodde två nätter i en lägenhet på första våningen ut mot gatan. Fullkomlig katastrof. Vi sov inte en blund. Ljudet från bilar, sopbilar och annat höll oss vakna. Luftkonditioneringen funkade inte och stod och blinkade. Toaletten rann och det tog en hel dag för någon att komma och fixa.
Vi blev uppgraderade till en annan lägenhet som var mycket bättre. Men utrustningen i köket är minimalt och det saknas ställen att hänga upp sin handduk på i badrummen.

needs a touch of renovation.

The property is in desperate need of refurbishing. It’s old, looking very tired, and is a bit noisy with the local traffic, which was indicated by previous guests. There is a washing machine but no pegs to secure the clothing to the line outside the window. It’s a dreary looking apartment block and the unit needs some love and care. I would not stay there again.

We paid for a sea view but was given an apartment on the ground floor with a bar directly outside our bedroom window. This meant there was no view and it was noisy until early hours. We were also awoken very early morning by garbage collectors outside our window and drilling from an upstairs apartment. We did request to move rooms but there was nothing available.
The instructions need to be clearer on what apartment block it is as the map we were given shows the building next door which meant we had to wait for someone to come down from the hotel to show us where our apartment was based.

El check in no es en el alojamiento. El check in se realiza en un hotel a unas cuadras del alojamiento. La caminata no es muy larga creo que 10 minutos pero con maletas y un niño y el stroller se hace ya un poco pesada. Durante el check in alguien del hotel nos ayudó moviendo las maletas al departamento y nos dijeron que para el check out solo los llamemos de nuevo porque teníamos muchas maletas pero cuando los llamamos nos dijeron que ellos no daban ese servicio y que no nos podían ayudar.
