Nothin. It smelt like cat piss and we got woken up at 4 am with security banging on the door for no reason. To be lied to from front desk this morning at check out

Lugar de paso para pernoctar una noche, poco mas que añadir.
La cama era comoda

Nos hemos alojado varias veces en Moteles de esta cadena pero desde luego este ha sido el peor. El personal de recepcion desagradable, poco amigable y poco colaborador. Como un automata sin empatia.
La habitacion sin ninguno de los servicios tipicos de este tipo de alojamiento: Sin cafes, infusiones, ni siquiera gel de ducha. Fuerte olor a humedad y a falta de limpieza, tuvimos que dejar la puerta y ventana abiertas un buen rato para ventilar.

Cons:

I made reservations for a queen room and my room was not reserved , even though I checked in in person at 9:30 this morning. Instead, I was given a handicapped room that only had a double size bed in it and when I spoke to the two employees at the front desk, they moved me to another room that was also a handicapped room with only a double size bed. I went back to the office again for the third time and was told that this was actually my mistake because I booked a handicapped room. I showed her the reservation receipt and she insisted that the room she just moved me to has a queen size bed in it. I told her that it definitely was not a queen bed. I told them that the room smelled very strong like marijuana and urine ,there were no towels in the bathroom. The bed has a huge worn spot on the mattress and was extremely uncomfortable. I was told that I could get a refund but I wouldn't get my money back for 7-10 days and I wouldn't be allowed back. We've been coming here and staying at this location every weekend for work and it's disappointing that this was our experience this time around.
