We paid extra for early check-in because the regular check-in time was 3:00 PM, and we were told we would be able to access our room at 11:00 AM. However, when we arrived at 11:00 AM, we were not allowed to check in and had to wait.

I also booked a room with one large bed, but we were given a completely different room with two small beds. The room shown in the booking photos also appeared to have both a shower and a bathtub, but our room only had a shower.

Overall, the hotel itself was okay, but these issues were very disappointing, especially considering that we paid extra for early check-in and specifically selected a certain type of room. We expected to receive what we paid for and what was shown in the booking.
