The price..maybe?

Cons:

The bed was very hard, it was extremely noisy, the sink was cracked, there was no bathtub, only a half shower, the floors were coming apart, and the worst...the smoke alarm started going off at 6 am to indicate a low battery. This was beyond the worst expierence, ever. The only thing positive was the price and it was clean.
