There wasn’t a lot of noise, the staff were absolutely AMAZING!!! The beds were very comfy.. Will definitely be staying again if we go back to the West Coast!

Better placement of clients during low visits
Cons:

Uncrowded yet upper floor above consolidated, too noisy , called to ask for another room . Met with a nasty response WHY . Said the gd idiot upstairs , attended became insulted so I left

They never offered me any refund after not being able to sleep in the bed for two nights after moving me to another hand

Cons:

The bed bugs I found in my room, the dog feces every where people smoking in the rooms or right outside their doors so it comes in your room too

The office staff were very kind

Cons:

The room was dirty, the shower looked horrible and had paint peeling everywhere, there were earwigs on the floor in the room, the pool was “indefinitely closed” which was one of the reasons we chose this place. Because it had a pool. The air conditioner was on the fritz half the time so the room was either freezing or hot and humid. The beds were hard and are NOT queens. They’re fulls. The TV kept cutting in and out whenever we were in the room.

I chose it because it was close to Mt St Helen’s.’
Pros:

No breakfast in the premises, but there are a few restaurants in walking distance from the motel

Cons:

It was fine for the money I paid for it, and I would stay there again, it wasn’t luxury, it was basic and the beds were comfortable
