Stay Away!! Unsafe crack den!

The bed was comfortable.

Where do I start!? There was no one on staff at check in. They only had a face time kiosk. It was terrible! They gave us a room and when we tried to open it, someone was already in the room. It was super embarrassing. We had to go back and get another room. Also, I needed an extra blanket. I couldn't get one, because no one was on staff. The room was awful. It had stark bare white walls. The floor had sections missing and was a tripping hazard. The bathroom was so tiny I could barely get the door open and closed when I went in to use it. There was no microwave. No pool. It has been filled in with dirt. The location was terrible. Nothing around. No places to eat. No gas stations, nothing. The building next door was abandoned and condemned. It had homeless people staying in it. There were a bunch of sketchy people hanging around outside in the parking lot all night making tons of noise. In the morning there were drug deals happening out front and people were passed out in the street in front. No pet area for my dog. I did not feel safe here.
This was basically a Crack den. A drug addicts dream. In the middle of no where, with no one around to watch the place. Never again!!

Never stay there again, never use booking. Com again
Cons:

Check-in at 3 pm didn’t arrive until about 8pm room had never been cleaned had to go back to office to be moved to another room. Guy had to go take pictures before putting us in another room. Pool no water slums scary situation

The bathroom door did not close. The pool was not functioning, there were not a lot of restaurants nearby.
