美観地区のレトロ感に寄り添う贅沢なひととき
Pros:

倉敷駅に近く、利便性が良い。
5階のフロントに常時人がスタンバイしていないが、ベルを鳴らすと即座に接客体制に入られ不便を感じなかった。
大浴場は最高で、サウナもあり、出張の疲れが癒やされた。
朝食担当の女性の方が、丁寧かつ親切で、実家に帰省した際の真心溢れるもてなしを受けている感覚を覚えた。
前回に受けたイメージが良く、再度宿泊しましたが、期待どおりに過ごすことができました。

Cons:

1人で宿泊しましたが、朝食時に『何処に座って良いのか』一瞬戸惑ってしまいました。他の1人客の方も同様の戸惑いを感じているような場面を見ました。
常時案内係がいないため、間違ってグループ客用の席に座ってしまわないかという真理が働いてしまいますので、『自由席です』の表示があるだけで安心します。

コスパも良く、大浴場はすごく良いです。
Pros:

テレビのチャンネルにはYouTubeやNetflixやPrime Videoのボタンがついており、自分のアカウントから視聴ができるので
大変便利です。大浴場も綺麗で気持ちが良いです。

Cons:

部屋の鍵が昔ながらの昭和のキーで持ち運びがしずらいです。トイレの水が流れっぱなしになるので、修理した方が良いでしょう。ちなみに927号室のトイレです。

満足です。（倉敷市内・大原美術館・備前長船刀剣美術館）

朝食はトップクラスでした。

対応されたスタッフの方々が笑顔で良かった。

Cons:

部屋の物品は揃っていたが洗面台付近が狭いため使いにくかったのが残念です。バスルームは使いにくかったのですが大浴場が使えてとても満足しました。

まあまあ
Pros:

朝食のボリュームが凄くて、朝からお腹いっぱいになった。
味も満足だった！
バイキングよりも私は好き。

Cons:

部屋が昭和っぽい。
ホコリ臭い。
大浴場や、室内のシャワー、トイレはリフォームされてるので、とてもきれいだったけど、ちょっと部屋のニオイが嫌だった。
