泊まって良かった！
Pros:

スタッフの方が皆さん気持ちの良い接客をしてくださいました。
施設は清潔感もあり、ウェルカムドリンクが嬉しかった。
今では珍しく日本人スタッフだけだったかも？
何かと気遣いが感じられて、朝食も途切れることなく補充してくださり、美味しくいただきました。

Pros:

喫煙部屋を予約していたみたいで、禁煙じゃ無くても良かったですかと尋ねられそこで気づいて禁煙部屋に変えて頂きました。

担当者は忙しい中、お客様の立場に立ち対応は大変良かった。
Pros:

支払いで私の資料を見て、ホテル担当者はきちんと調べて丁寧に説明して頂きありがたかった、
