Preiswert und grundsätzlich angenehm
Pros:

Preiswerte Gelegenheit. Das Bett in der Villa war für zwei Personen eher schmal. Ansonsten war alles angenehm.
Beach Chairs, Fahrräder, Equipment für Tennis und Basketball kostenlos, auch Waschmaschine und Trockner!!
Nahe zum Strand und Downtown

Cons:

Gegenüber war die Raucherecke erst lauter zum Einschlafen. Dort wurde nach unserer Mittelung ein Schild aufgehängt und dann war es zum Schlafen ruhig

Wonderful quite vacation
Pros:

The villas are reminiscant of old Florida but have been modernized nicely. They are comfortable and clean and the staff is friendly and resposive to any needs that may come up. It is a beautiful location with lots to do, beaches, biking, tennis, shopping the arts, and more. The villas are within walking distance to town, beach, tennis etc. Lots of amenities-bikes, beach spplies, free laundry facilities. We have been coming here annually for the past 6 years and plan to return next year.

Aces!! Definitely booking if available when visiting the area again!
Pros:

Very clean and was the perfect location for our weekend stay in Venice Beach for the Shark Tooth Festival. Walking distance to everything.

Cons:

Parking is a little tight, but ok if you have a smaller vehicle.

Best place to stay in Venice
Pros:

We love Venice Beach Villas. This trip was the first taking our kids but we’ve been big fans for over a decade. It’s the perfect location and the service and care is top notch. The rooms are well maintained and clean and give you a staying at home sort of feel.

Our little piece of paradise
Pros:

We have been to Tropical Villas multiple times and will be back next year. The rooms are clean and the facility is overall nicely maintained. The staff is always available when we needed something or had a question; and, they are quite pleasant and kind to deal with. The neighborhood is quiet and extremely accessible to stores, restaurants and the beach. A little piece of paradise!

I would not stay here again but great location if you don't plan on being in the room much.
Pros:

Excellent location...easy walk to downtown Venice.

Cons:

Bathroom was tiny. Toilet was way too low. Commercial paper towel and toilet paper holders were tacky. Couch was not comfortable and had no pillows to help. No coffee table to put drinks on.

Perfect little getaway
Pros:

Our room was very nice. It was clean and had everything we needed. It even had the cutest little screened in porch! Location was ideal- you could walk to the shops and restaurants. The beach was also walkable but not in this Florida heat.

Cons:

The parking was just a little tight- but you could park in the street if you wanted to.
