My stay was wonderful and the staff, especially one Cindy Okutoi, were very helpful with my vegan dietary needs.

modernes stilvolles Hotel mit Blick über Meru
Pros:

Elegantes und modernes Hotel, elegante Eingangshalle, Swimming Pool, einige Zimmer mit schönem Blick über Meru. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, bequeme Betten und Kissen. Aufmerkamsamer Staff. Wir waren in der Vorweihnachtszeit dort und kamen in den Genuss eines Gratis-Aperos mit vielen Getränken und leckerem Fingerfood. Wenn ohne Verpflgeung gebucht nicht billig, aber den Preis abslout wert.

Cons:

Preis für das Frühstück ist schon fast frech für Kenya. 2000 Ksh pro Person ist übertrieben.

Excellent facilities and best breakfast options
Pros:

Everything was 10/10. Exceptional standards and facilities at Alba. The food in the restaurant is so so good, and don’t get me started on the breakfast. The management and staff really know what they are doing! The breakfast buffet has standard breakfast stuff and real lunch meals. Check out my pictures. The restaurant staff is great especially Racheal who had the best best attitude and Maureen the housekeeper who was so professional and kind. You get a hot water bottle at night to keep you warm. The internet speed is at 450mbps at the lowest so you can work from this hotel. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. 100% recommended

A Holiday to remember!!!
Pros:

Chef Leonard & Julius morning Chef made sure that every request was made. Freda the Manager was outstanding. She accommodated our request in full details. Robert also did a great job (waiter). He deserves great recognition. This hotel knows how to bring the Xmas spirit to their guests. Freda deserves a raise!!!

Pros:

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en stond altijd voor ons klaar! ‘S avonds kregen we zelfs een pittenkussen. Het ontbijt was ook heerlijk!

Er waren geen ligbedden aan het zwembad en het zwembad zelf was niet zo proper.

Pros:

The room.was clean, the hotel is in a good location which also felt safe and very well put together. The grounds were also well kept and the kids enjoyed the pool. The a la carte food was excellent.

Pros:

The hotel stands out in Meru. Clean rooms and good facilities, the quality of food was good when ordered a la carte. The reception staff were wonderful and attentive.

Cons:

Female waiting staff at the restaurant were slow and not attentive. The male waiters were awesome.
