Pros:

Das Hotel liegt 33 Minuten zu Fuß von der Altstadt entfernt. Allerdings ist auch 10 m weiter eine Bushaltestelle... so ist man auch schon 7 min später in der Altstadt. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und spricht auch etwas Deutsch.
Wir hatten im Erdgeschoß ein Zimmer gebucht und es wurde uns zum selben Preis ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf den See gegeben. Das Frühstück war italienisch: Toast, Brötchen, Croissant, Gemüse, Kuchen, Saft .... verschiedene Kaffees. Neben dem Hotel ist direkt ein Restaurant bei dem man auch Pizza für Take away bekommen kann. Im Guten und Ganzen haben wir uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Die Lage, die Altstadt ist über einen schönen Weg am See erreichbar. Auch deutschsprachig. Sogar ein überdachter Autoabstellplatz.

Camera ghiacciata, materasso completamente sfondato , e con prenotazione letto matrimoniale abbiamo ricevuto due letti singolo attaccati , scomodissimi per dormire in coppia, colazione zero giusto due fette biscottate , macchina da caffè , poi peperoni crudi mele vecchie e olive fatte in casa nel barattolo con pattina bianca , castagne crude da sbucciare su un piatto , non si può pagare una colazione e un letto matrimoniale e poi trovarsi con uno schifo simile

Zentral gelegen, Parkmöglichkeiten! Freundlicher Empfang!

Cons:

Beim Frühstück standen zwei Mitarbeiter männlich/weiblich pausenlos mit dem Handy in der Hand da! Tische wurden zwar abgeräumt aber nicht Mal von Brösel usw. gereinigt, Handy spielen war wichtiger. Genervter Gesichtsausdruck, vor allem beim jungen Mann! Lustlose Austrahlung! Es war schon zu viel Arbeit die Kaffeemaschine mit Milch zu versorgen, ständig wurde beim Cappuccino Luft gezogen!

Es wäre ein nettes Hotel wenn es besser gepflegt würde.
Pros:

Das Frühstück selbst war gut,die Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig,die Aufleger des Buffets waren schmutzig,die Tischdecken ebenfalls,Besteck fehlte zum Teil,die Tische waren nicht gedeckt,der Frühstücksraum war wunder schön aber es fehlte eine Person die sich darum kümmerte alles sauber,ordentlich und ansprechend zu presentieren.

Cons:

Von 3 Tagen hatten wir an 2 Tagen kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen.

Non so come mai provando per tre volte alla fine mi ha dato date sbagliate,e si prenoto Booking.com non deve essere ricaricato un extra perché era fine settimana, non hanno rispettato il prezzo della stanza 30€ en più pk era weekend 💁🏽‍♀️
