Pros:

good location, spacious room, nice restaurant zone

Cons:

not thoroughly cleaned, the bathroom walls were dirty, no soap in the bathroom (and we ask for it to be replenished but didn’t happen), AC didn’t work.

Prima om te slapen, meer ook niet.
Pros:

Locatie was prima, makkelijk te bereiken en te parkeren.

Cons:

Airco werkte niet, uiteindelijk niet nodig gehad dus geen melding gemaakt. Verder was het netjes maar niet echt schoon in de kamer.

Leider kein überzeugender Aufenthalt
Pros:

Klimaanlage im Zimmer

Cons:

Bereits bei meiner Anreise fiel mir auf, dass an mehreren Fenstern der oberen Stockwerke im Inneren blaue Müllsäcke hingen, die von außen deutlich zu sehen waren.
Das Zimmer zeigte deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Der Ledersessel war an vielen Stellen eingerissen, ebenso die Bettlehne. Das Zimmer wirkte dadurch insgesamt abgewohnt und renovierungsbedürftig.

Frühstücksbereich
Diirekt vor einem Fenster stand ein großer Abfalllcontainer.
Es war auch zunächst nicht erkennbar, wer zum Personal gehörte. Eine junge Mitarbeiterin bediente sich zunächst am Kaffeeautomaten, holte sich anschließend Gebäck und verschwand danach in der Küche.
Der Orangensaftspender war defekt. Zwei Mitarbeiter versuchten zunächst, ihn zu reparieren, überließen das Problem anschließend einer Mitarbeiterin aus der Küche. Sie versuchte ebenfalls, den Spender instand zu setzen, ließ anschließend jedoch den Hinweis am Gerät und verschwand wieder, ohne dass eine Lösung gefunden oder die Gäste informiert wurden.

Zwischen 06:45 Uhr und 07:36 Uhr war am Frühstücksbuffet kaum Service wahrnehmbar. Gäste wurden nicht begrüßt, benutztes Geschirr blieb auf mehreren Tischen stehen und das Buffet wurde in dieser Zeit nicht betreut.
Es waren zwar Mitarbeitende anwesend, jedoch habe ich kaum einen professionellen Umgang mit den Gästen wahrgenommen. Insgesamt entstand bei mir der Eindruck, dass es im Frühstücks- und Gästebereich an einer klaren Organisation und Führung fehlte.
Mein Fazit: Das Hotel scheint sich zwar um Renovierungsarbeiten zu bemühen, jedoch reicht dies allein nicht aus. Ein professioneller, gut organisierter und präsenter Gästeservice ist für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt ebenso wichtig und sollte deutlich verbessert werden.

Понравилось.
Чисто, современно, просторно, кондиционер, белье и полотенца чистые. Выспалась. Вернулась бы еще.

Gutes Zimmer, schlechte Kommunikation seitens des Hotels

Sehr gute Lage, Zimmer waren gut, großes Bad, gute Betten, super schallisolierte Fenster

Cons:

Haben Apartment gebucht, bekamen aber bei check-in nur ein Doppelzimmer. Nach Reklamation bekamen wir das Apartment, aber die Küchenzeile konnten wir nicht nutzen, weil sie renoviert werden sollte und deshalb gab es auch keine Küchenausstattung. Kühlschrank funktionierte auch nicht. Für den Parkplatz wurden uns statt € 12 wie auf booking com angegeben € 25 pro Tag berechnet. Der Rezeptionist meinte, mit der falschen Kostenangabe wäre eine falsche Angabe von booking com

Lohnt sich...
Pros:

Gute Lage. Nur ca. 2,3 km vom Bahnhof entfernt und die nächste Haltestelle ist sogar in ca. 300m zu erreichen.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und gutes Frühstück.

Das Personal ist absolut freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.
