Tolle Ausstattung in sehr hübschen Räumen. Sehr guter Preis.

Cons:

Sehr laute Umgebung. Direkt an einer großen Kreuzung plus einer aktiven Baustelle direkt unter dem Fenster.
Heizsystem reagiert extrem langsam.
