some rooms where to small and we were not aware, there was no room for the kids to sleep in even though I asked ahead of time. We would ask for things like an extra pillow or a blanket, or even toilet paper and they would not give it to us or would jus tell us they would talk to someone and nothing happened

Relatíve jó helyen lévő,elég jól felújított szálloda de az üzemeltetés és karbantartás nagyon gyenge

Apartmant béreltem, a konyha sarok semmilyen evőeszközt vagy edényt nem tartalmazott, azt később közölték,hogy külön pénzért lehet “konyha csomagot” kérni. Nonszensz! A hűtőszekrény koszos volt és nem igazán működött.
Az egyik ablakon nem volt függöny, korán reggel besütött a nap,nem tudtunk aludni. Reklamáltam a portán, mondták hogy tudnak róla - de akkor miért adják ki azt a szobát?! De legalább adtak egy másik apartmant amiben ilyen probléma nem volt de a konyha ott is ugyanaz.
A zuhany csaptelep lötyög,nem állítható be rendesen a víz hőmérséklet.

Si valoráis vuestro tiempo, vuestro descanso y, sobre todo, que os traten con un mínimo de dignidad y respeto, buscad cualquier otra opción en Múnich. Nuestra estancia de dos noches en el City Hotel Max Munich West fue una auténtica pesadilla de principio a fin, marcada por la ineficiencia, instalaciones defectuosas y una soberbia inaceptable por parte del personal.
Desde la llegada todo empezó mal. Nos hicieron esperar sistemáticamente hasta las 15:00 en punto para el check-in, viendo claramente cómo el recepcionista de la mañana simplemente mareaba el tiempo para librarse de su trabajo y encasquetarle todos los registros al turno de tarde.
Cuando por fin nos entregan la habitación (la 207), nos encontramos con un panorama desolador:
* Inodoro averiado: La cisterna perdía agua a chorros de forma constante, generando un ruido insoportable.
* Sin agua en el lavabo: El grifo estaba completamente roto. Era imposible lavarse la cara, las manos o cepillarse los dientes.
Al ir a recepción a pedir un cambio, nos mintieron a la cara asegurando que el hotel estaba "lleno". Tuvimos que exigirle al recepcionista que subiera en persona para que viera la vergüenza de habitación que nos habían asignado. Solo tras ver el desastre "apareció" mágicamente una habitación libre en la tercera planta (la cual rechazamos al comprobar que dicha planta estaba en obras). Al final, vino mantenimiento y tardó 20 minutos en arreglarlo, pero tener que pelear y presenciar cómo te mienten de entrada es inadmisible.
Por si fuera poco, las tarjetas de la habitación se desconfiguraron AMBAS noches. La segunda noche, tras un día agotador de excursiones, el recepcionista del primer turno —el mismo que nos tuvo esperando por la mañana— nos soltó sin despeinarse ni mirarnos a la cara que NO estábamos hospedados allí y que no éramos huéspedes.
