Oban bay views
Pros:

We loved our top floor room with kitchen facilities.We could have our own breakfasts each morning which saved us money for nice lunches and dinners in the city. Our view over the dock area and across the bay was great. Our room was clean, warm, and had lots of room for our gear. The bathroom had a great towel warmer too. The kitchen had a nice high table and chairs to eat from and enjoy the views. We did have stairs to go up and down but we knew this , so we just took what we needed out of our cases in our car, popped it in smaller back packs and then had no heavy gear to take up stairs, easy.

Cons:

We liked everything except probably not having face to face contact with the owner/ staff, unless we ran into them . The lady we did meet was really friendly and so happy that we'd had a great stay.

Excellent stay...
Pros:

Fantastic location, over ferry Terminal, so clean comfortable . Had great facilities ..Microwave, toaster.etc so clean & convenient.. Town centre 5 mins walk..stayed in room 5. Great size..warm, comfy, great bed. Lovely host..

Fabulous
Pros:

Great location , 5 mins walk from everything
Self service but did meet staff/ owners and they were lovely and helpful
Great size room and it had kitchen facilities
Free WiFi.

Cons:

No lift but I was only up one flight of stairs
Bar wasn’t open but really not a problem as there was a bar a few mins walk away

Great hotel, great location. Would definitely stay again.

The location was great. A short walk to the ferry, restaurants, shops etc. The staff were very friendly. Hotel was very clean.

Comfortable, homely and scenic views
Pros:

Staff very helpful and nice. Location was excellent and very central to everything.
Room was comfortable, spotlessly clean and nice view of pier etc.
Would recommend and they they changed my room to lower floor when they noticed i had walking stick.
Overall brilliant stay :)

Cons:

Nothing as it was what i expected and could not fault the Staff or hotel.
