Plus que déçu.
Cons:

Nous avions initialement
réservé 6 nuits au mois d'août au Tiki Beach, mais nous avons été contraints de quitter l'établissement en urgence après seulement 2 nuits. Les notes affichées sur la plateforme ne reflètent absolument pas la réalité du terrain et nous avons dû nous reloger par nos propres moyens.

Sécurité compromise :

La porte d'entrée fermait par un simple loquet qu'il était possible d'ouvrir très facilement depuis l'extérieur. De plus, le coffre-fort de la chambre était cassé.

Inconfort et fuite dans la salle de bain :
Une fuite active du plafond faisait couler de l'eau directement sur nous aux toilettes. Impossible d'obtenir de l'eau fraîche pour la douche (température bloquée sur le chaud). La porte de la salle de bain n'avait même pas de poignée.

Hygiène et entretien :
Présence massive de fourmis dans la chambre et jusque dans la bouilloire. Le ménage n'est pas fait quotidiennement (uniquement sur demande explicite) et aucune bouteille d'eau n'est fournie.

Vétusté générale :
Chambre sombre mal éclairée, peinture des murs totalement écaillée et état général très défraîchi.

Service client et gestion :

Booking.com a déposé réclamation mais l’hôtel a refusé de faire le moindre geste commercial.

Amazing!
Pros:

Everything, rooms nice and clean, beach with a sitting area, amazing cocktails, staff is amazing and friendly. Loved how you can paint, do bracelets and play pool even with the staff memembers! Whenever we’re back in Thailand we’ll definitely come back here!

Pros:

De tudo! Equipe simplesmente fantástica, todos são tão gentis e sempre dispostos a ajudar. O quarto é ótimo e as instalações da Tiki são excelentes, treinei bem, fiz banheira de gelo, sauna úmida (steam), desfrutei na praia com os jogos que eles deixam a disposição. Recomendo demais para todos os públicos!

Pros:

I spent three wonderful days at Tiki Beach and was genuinely impressed. The cleanliness, quality and beautiful beachfront location made my stay very relaxing. The beach is stunning, but what made the experience special was the warmth of the staff. Friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. A beautiful place with great energy—I would definitely come back!

nettes Personal, saubere Zimmer, Essen Top, Fahrräder standen einem kostenlos zur Verfügung, falls man nicht mit dem Motorrad fahren will.

Wonderful stay — amazing beach and incredible staff
Pros:

I absolutely loved my stay at Tiki Beach Resort. The location right on the beach is amazing, but what really made my experience special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive.

I accidentally left my passport in the room and, after calling the resort, they went above and beyond to help me. They brought my passport all the way to the pier so I wouldn’t miss my flight. I honestly can’t thank them enough for their kindness and help!

I highly recommend Tiki Beach Resort 100%. Thank you so much for everything! ❤️

Wir haben als Familie mit drei Kindern mehrere Tage im Tiki Beach Resort verbracht und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Das Resort hat eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre, die man nur selten findet: familiär, entspannt, herzlich und absolut stressfrei.
Die Unterkunft ist eher einfach gehalten, aber sauber, gemütlich und völlig ausreichend.
Ein absolutes Highlight ist die phänomenale Küche. Jedes Gericht war frisch, lecker und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Wir haben während unseres Aufenthalts fast ausschließlich dort gegessen, weil das Essen einfach so gut war.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche Personal. Alle sind aufmerksam und herzlich. Gerade mit drei Kindern haben wir den liebevollen Umgang sehr geschätzt.
Das Resort liegt direkt an einem wunderschönen Strand, an dem man herrlich entspannen und kitesurfen kann. Gleichzeitig sind Supermärkte und der Night Market schnell erreichbar, sodass man alles in unmittelbarer Nähe hat.
Das Beste ist jedoch die einzigartige Stimmung vor Ort. Es gibt so viele gemütliche Plätze zum Entspannen, gutes Essen, einen tollen Strand und nette Menschen, dass man problemlos mehrere Tage dort verbringen kann, ohne das Resort überhaupt verlassen zu wollen.
Für uns war das Tiki Beach Resort einer der schönsten Orte auf Koh Phangan. Wer keine sterile Luxusunterkunft sucht, sondern einen authentischen, entspannten Urlaub erleben möchte, wird diesen Ort lieben.
Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder und können das Tiki Beach Resort Familien und allen, die eine entspannte Inselatmosphäre suchen, von Herzen empfehlen! 🌴☀️❤️
