Great central location, friendly and helpful staff, spacious clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Spacious apartment, central location, free car parking, comfortable beds and pillows.

Cons:

Had to wait 20 mins on arrival as reception was unattended.
No separate waste bins in kitchen.
No knife in kitchen.

Excellent value for money.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and comfortable. The bed was nice. The blackout curtains were excellent. The manager delivered excellent customer service. The pub next door was excellent for dinner and the meals were very good.

Cons:

The only thing I can think of to improve the motel is a microwave oven.

Staffs are extremely good and polite, will be back in the future
Pros:

Great location, many shops around can go by foot, easy to travel to Gold Coast for relaxing

Cons:

I dont live in another side but feel like it quite noisy because of Maccas. The side I lived has 1 morning in 4 that had Road work very early in the morning they started at 5am on Sat!!!. But that is not an issue from hotel, but I feel quite ridiculous. Overall, it is quite good
