Best location in Negombo. Nice pool good breakfast

Great place for acclimatising for first few days on arrival.
Pros:

Location, beachfront, pool, convenience ti airport. A great little hotel to acclimatise in for a few days.

Cons:

Good value considering prices in the area, but a bit pricey compared to more southern beach hotels

Hotel right by the beach
Pros:

The position of the hotel right on the beach with a pool was fabulous.
The staff were polite and helpful.The food was delicious and very reasonably priced.

Cons:

The hotel is dated and in need of renovation.
Some rooms have been upgraded but others need to upgrade such things as floors,lighting,mirrors and deep cleaning

Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful with arranging a driver for us and making suggestions of where to go in Negombo. The hotel is great value and located right on the beach with a decent fairly small pool.

Location and view superb.
Pros:

Breakfast was tasty.not a big selection bit what was made was tasty

The view from the room was superb

Staff were friendly

Cons:

Cleanliness of the room not so good
Pillow cases had a smell
No refrigerator/mini bar in the room
No Hot water in the room

Pros:

Location is the best of this stay. Nice view from the room. They gave us late check out when we asked and kept our luggage after check out. Nice breakfast also.

Cons:

It was dirty, very outdated and not worth the money. We were placed at the beginning in a very outdated room. Nothing like the pictures on booking... Then I asked to be changed and we were placed in a slightly better room. There was a smell of chemical because they have cockroaches and we did find one in the bathroom! The matrisse is very old and so is everything in the room.

Pros:

Right on the beach, staff are wonderful, so helpful and friendly. Rooms are very clean & comfortable. Decor is a little tired and internet very erratic and intermittent. Included breakfast on the beachside terrace limited but very filling, instant coffee but must have tasted ok a I had 3 both mornings.

Pros:

Прямо не берегу океана, песчаный пляж, свои шезлонги, уютный дворик с бассейном. Просторный номер. Рядом СПА-салоны, множество кафе, магазины чая. Отличное место, перед или после аэропорта.

Bon séjour pour une nuit
Pros:

Très joli jardin avec piscine, donnant directement sur la plage. Spa avec un massage excellent.

Cons:

L’intérieur des chambres est un peu spartiate, les draps ne recouvraient pas le matelas qui était assez ancien.
