Cons:

O café da manhã deixa muito a desejar, bem decepcionante, além disso o isolamento acústico é péssimo e o elevador muito barulhento e o quarto pequeno.

Decepção, Constrangimento. Equipe desqualificada para prestar serviços a um ser humano.

O serviço prestado desse hotel foi péssimo, não foi solucionado nenhum dos problemas relatados desde a chegada no quarto: Ficamos do lado de um elevador que faz um barulho insuportável. Se eu soubesse que o quarto era do lado de um elevador eu não fecharia com esse hotel.
Não teve o secador no quarto, fiquei 4 dias sem lavar meu cabelo.
Não teve o serviço de despertador.

Cons:

No hotel não foi disponibilizado os serviços que constaram na Booking, como despertador e secador de cabelo, a campainha do quarto não funcionava, e ficou ao lado de um elavador que fazia um barulho horrivel. A maceneta do box do banheiro estava quebrada, o vaso trincado. Ao fazer o checkout, me cobraram o secador que não foi disponibilizado e falaram que foi entregue no quarto, passei por constrangimento e humilhação por algo que não peguei. Isso tudo devido á má organização desse hotel.
