Atendimento desrespeitoso e despreparado, comprometendo completamente uma estadia que deveria ser tranquila.

Limpeza. Localização. Atendimento do gerente pós inconveniente de funcionário da recepção.

Cons:

Minha experiência neste hotel foi extremamente decepcionante, principalmente no atendimento — algo básico que qualquer hóspede espera.
Já hospedado, tentei contato pelo WhatsApp oficial do hotel para solicitar um upgrade e simplesmente não obtive resposta. Em seguida, precisei de algo simples: acesso ao cardápio do restaurante (terceirizado dentro do hotel). Liguei para a recepção e fui atendido de forma ríspida desde o início.
Fui informado de que havia um QR Code no quarto — não havia. Retornei a ligação, e o atendente disse que verificaria e me retornaria. Fiquei mais de 30 minutos aguardando, com fome, sem qualquer retorno.
Ao ligar novamente, além da demora, o atendimento piorou. O funcionário foi grosseiro, discutiu e, em um momento inaceitável, desligou o telefone na minha cara.
Desci até a recepção para entender o ocorrido e solicitar o contato do gerente. Fui tratado com ironia e má vontade. O funcionário demorou propositalmente para fornecer o contato e ainda fez comentários desrespeitosos, como: “vai lá falar do seu piti para o gerente”. Um nível de falta de profissionalismo que eu nunca presenciei em nenhum lugar.
O gerente posteriormente entrou em contato e tentou oferecer upgrade/cortesia, mas recusei. O problema não é compensação — é respeito. Nenhum benefício compensa ser tratado dessa forma.
Viajo com frequência e tenho excelentes avaliações como hóspede em outras plataformas, justamente por prezar por respeito e boa convivência. O mínimo que se espera é reciprocidade.
Infelizmente, não recomendo este hotel pela postura da equipe de atendimento.

Excelente custo benefício!
Pros:

Hotel é muito confortável, limpeza impecável e café da manhã excelente!

Cons:

Única coisa é falta de estacionamento, mas o local é seguro é da para parar na rua próximo ao hotel.
