Great base for Hanoi and surrounding area.
Pros:

Communication before and throughout the stay was excellent, the staff were very helpful and approachable (especially the lady on the front desk). Excellent pick-ups. Location for shopping, lake, train street, etc all walkable. They are honest about the window/view issues due to being in The Old Quarter, but as we were either out-and-about or asleep it was a great base. Best shower we had throughout our travels.

Beliggenheten gamlebyen like ved Hoem Kiem innsjøen. Mange gode spisesteder like ved. Stort rom. Renholdet. Frokost. Hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale I resepsjonen og i frokostsalen.

Un personnel au petit soin, le petit déjeuner était bon. La vie de la chambre avec balcon sur une cour avec un vis a vis à moins de 1 mètre. La chambre est vraiment petite. L'emplacement est au top près de tout. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.
