Great location and classic Palm Springs vibe. Rooms were huge and comfortable, with stylish design. Pool was nice. Hotel lobby is in a different property across the street, which is slightly inconvenient. Breakfast was quite good (also across the street). Included options had a nice granola/yogurt/fruit option as well as simple pastries. Location is great, close to downtown, and also near trailheads for mountain hiking. Hotel also offers complementary bicycles.
While stylish and pleasant, rooms are showing their age a bit, with some potential for cosmetic upgrade.
The staff at the check-in location was lovely and professional.
The room was filthy - there was lipstick stains from a previous guest on one of the water glasses and dirt all over the floor.
Location and breakfast at Serenas Villas
Beautiful pool area and great location. The beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was nice.
Our room was run down and needed some attention. Three things that should be replaced or repaired are: 1. The bathroom window blind was very dirty. 2. The curtains were worn, had holes and did not have all the top hooks to properly close and block out light. 3. The flooring had many holes in and was uneven. (We were in #2.)

Pool is great, warm and clean.
Room service was not good. Didn’t replace used coffee and cream or pool towels. Bathroom has no vent and window too dirty to open. Very old and remodels are very low quality.
The staff, facilities and location were amazing. Everyone was very courteous.
The floors needed to be cleaned better. Booking.com was an issue and we are still trying to get the refund for the other room, which is not a Three Fifty Hotel issue.
The location is great ! It's walkable to everything in downtown Palm Spring. Our room was clean and decent size , we like the kitchenette in the rooms with a fridge microwave,plates.
The property shows significant wear, especially around the pool area, which has a dated vibe. Of the five pool umbrellas, only three worked, leaving some guests without shade. The pool water was not cleaned during our entire stay, prompting a guest to use a skimmer net to remove debris. Additionally, used pool towels piled up and weren’t collected until late the next morning, leaving us disappointed and unlikely to return
The floors were extremely dirty, No toilet paper, no paper products, no soap, no shampoo, no conditioner, etc.
The bed made load noises every time you turned over, which was a lot, due to the bed being uncomfortable.
this would wake up my wife all night long. This property was remodeled many years ago and needs another remodel.
The floors were poorly installed and missing baseboards. It looked like this room had not been cleaned in the last month. This property is under new management that is not correcting any of the problems. Also, we were told that breakfast was at 7:00 am, but was ready and we had to go out for breakfast.
The pool area appeared to be nice, but we didn't really look very close. We moved to another hotel.
Dirty toweles left in room from prior person, took asking 3 times to get it removed and replaced. Mold in the shower. Pool is not warmed like advertised. Spa cold/not working. The rooms have new curtains. The curtains do not cover the windows, one room we were given had almost a 1 foot gap for everyone to see our bed. They chnaged us rooms because of it, but those curtains didn't cover either. Had to move furniture to cover the windows.

I the pool, it's usually clean really like the location that's why I pay the the highs and lows one day chicken the next week feathers but I'll be back it meets 50 percent of my needs !!!
The lighting I'm sure you have a reason but I don't think there's anybody who likes it especially the women for their makeup !! Everything is getting a little old including me, but your using louvered windows and plastic mini blinds that are bent out of shape..

We loved the suite - it had so much room and was very comfortable, with the pool just outside our door. We would love to come back here, it was close to everything we wanted to do and the staff was friendly, although we didn't see them much (because we didn't need them).
The only thing I'd suggest for the property is to do checks in the rooms for maintenance. Our cabinets in the bathroom were broken, but it wasn't so bad we couldn't enjoy every other part of our trip!
