Perfectly satisfactory, but nothing to write home about
Pros:

The location is perfect. Just up the main street from the main port area but on a much quieter side street. Room was big, balcony too. The site is nicely laid out. Gardens interesting.

Cons:

The facilities inside the apartment are pretty basic. A kettle but no tea or coffee. The shower was barely warm. My room was never cleaned in the 6 days I was there - cleaner appeared to be laying down in the cupboard on phone rather than actually cleaning.

Staff were very nice, room was big and clean, very close to the pier, a lot of nice cafes and restaurants around

Walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the next rooms, sometimes there wasn't hot water in the shower

Pros:

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful.
Had a problem with the shower (no water pressure), this was reported to staff and by late afternoon the works had been done and pressure to shower resolved.

Cons:

Requested a twin room and there was none available.

Pros:

Personnel, très gentil, établissement, extrêmement bien placé à une petite dizaine de minutes de la rue commerçante piétonne.
Les chambres sont très grandes

Cons:

Malheureusement, l’eau chaude ne fonctionnait pas et n’avait pas du tout de pression difficile pour se doucher.

Sijainti on lähellä satamaa, joten helpotti saapumista paikalle.

Cons:

Yleinen wc ei vetänyt eikä henkilökunta tehnyt asialle mitään. Huoneissa koko wc lattia lainehti kun käy suihkussa. Ei erillisiä käsipyyhkeitä vessassa tai mitään millä kuivata lattiaa. Sängyt oli kovat.

Pros:

Excellent location close to the pier. Spotlessly clean room. Excellent aircon. Staff absolutely delightful. Very reasonable for Koh Tao. Very good wifi.

Cons:

Would have liked one more pillow. Bed was firm but that was good for us.
