Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay in Zem hotel!
Nice, comfortable and very clean rooms. Friendly and realy very helpful staff!
Good location - not far from the main street (with tram #1) and the main sightseeing in the old town.
I highly recommend Zem hotel and definitely will visit it again!

Cons:

Keep in mind that the street is a bit steep!

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja.Pokoje czyste, codzinnie sprzątame. Super pomocni pracownicy recepcji .Wszyscy mili I usmiechnieci.Bardzo polecam.

Pros:

Все. Реально чисто , все рядом . Трамваи т1 ,гранд базар и Султанахмет . В номерах чисто и полотенца и постельное . Цена -дешево . Персонал супер . Оставался там 2 раза . Во второй раз повысили уровень номера , за что большое спасибо. Персонал говорит на русском тоже .

Pros:

One of the recepcionists was nice. They had tea in the recepction too.

Cons:

The location is not te best one, a bit suffocating if you’re walking in and out through the day. The second night the AC didn’t worked, we suffered a lot with the heat and the recepcionist had the AUDACITY to tell me that I should’ve opened the window 🙂. One day we didn’t had water in the bathroom for like 3 hours. If you’re the type to take a nap in the afternoons, good luck, it’s so loud outside usually.

Pros:

Gostei muito da minha estadia no hotel, a localização é ótima pois está a poucos metros da maior parte das atrações turísticas e de ótimos meios de transporte, ao mesmo tempo está numa rua muito sossegada pelo que é perfeito em termos de localização. O staff é muito simpático e esteve sempre disponível para nos ajudar com dúvidas. O quarto é pequeno mas acolhedor e está sempre limpo. Recomendo muito!
