Pros:

je recommande vivement cet Hôtel qui est très bien situé ,proche des sites à découvrir.Chambres modernes et cosy. Literie très confortable .

Cons:

An exceptional and incredibly comfortable stay with an amazing staff!
Pros:

Our experience at Zem Hotel was absolutely wonderful and incredibly comfortable. The hotel is lovely, but what truly made our stay special was the staff. The team is extremely kind, highly cooperative, and exceptionally helpful. They never hesitated to assist us and support us throughout our stay, making us feel incredibly welcome. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul!☺️

В Стамбуле далеко не первый раз, поэтому точно есть с чем сравнить. От отеля Zem остались только наилучшие впечатления. Приятный персонал, встречают с улыбкой, после прогулок всегда предложат чай/кофе, также разговаривают на русском.
Номера просторные, чистые, свежие (включая сантехнику), есть лифт. Уборку предлагали каждый день, включая замену постельного и полотенец.
Хорошее расположение, остановка трамвая - минут 5, до площади Султанахмет пешком 10-15, все очень близко.
В общем, понравилось всё, в следующий раз точно в этот отель)

Pros:

Though there is a short and steep uphill walk, i’d still consider this a good location.
Soundproof room, excellent specially if you’re a light sleeper.
The staff are also nice and helpful.
Overall, we did enjoy our stay.

Hotelul foarte curat cu toate facilitățile necesare unei vacante reușite ,camerele generoase ,curățenie , schimbat prosoape zilnic,la receptie aveam cafea și ceai din partea casei pe toată perioada sejurului inclusiv apa in camera zilnic .
Domnul de la recepție ne a recomandat un restaurant in apropiere unde se mănâncă foarte bine și la preturi extrem de bune (Ortaklar kebap restaurant ),

Pros:

Friendly and kind staff. They were available to answers questions about the city and offered advice on activities and how to use the local metro system.

Plus they always offered Turkish tea when they saw me.

Pros:

Super Hotel. Große Zimmer und das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Lage ist super und einen kurzen Spaziergang von der blauen Moschee entfernt, mit vielen Restaurants in der Umgenung. Wäre gerne länger geblieben.
