It was the worst stay of my life!!
Pros:

Too many smoking outside cause long problems being loud.

Cons:

The front desk staff are rude. They are very disrespectful towards a woman. They do communicate with their staff. At all. And they call you out of your name the first chance they get. They call the cops on people and lie on them. And the cops also harass you as well.

I suppose we got what we paid for.
Pros:

The location was not in the best part of town. The office staff was nice. Close to many immunities. Close to the freeway.

Cons:

The location was not in the best part of town. We had a room below us that seemed to have a Tennant living there. Blasting rap music until 11:00 pm.

I didn't like it at all they might wanted me to wait for 2 hours before I could check in and I said I'd pay a check in early fee but they still charge me I never even got a key and never even seen a room I told him to cancel it but they still charge me and I need a refund now
