Front desk lady 5 stars. Room was ok as the nightstand edge material was missing. Old dresser table was dated. As management knows the condition of the rooms it come down to updating what is in the room. That said, if I ever came back to Redding I would stay here for a night. I just needed a bed and a shower. I was quiet there ate the motel. The person that cleaned the room before I arrived did an excellent of preparing the room.
The furniture is really outdated. Maybe from the 80's. I really did not care as I had 12 hours of driving and needed a place to sleep. In the morning another 6 hours of driving to get home.
The staff was great
The rooms have gone down hill we didn't stay actually left within the hour. The door wouldn't close with out slamming it. The light in the bathroom flickered there was a hole in the wall the sheets looked dingy we use to always stay at this one won't be back

O quarto que nos entregaram não tinha sido feito a limpeza e depois que reclamei nos deram outro. Não tem geladeira, não tem cafeteira, faltou 1 toalha que tive que solicitar, também não tinha sabonete, nem shampoo e nem condicionador, fui na recepção e me entregaram apenas sabonete e shampoo pois informaram que não tinham condicionador. Em fim, o hotel é muito velho e as instalações são péssimas.
The bed was lumpy, floor was dirty, the plugs didn’t work.

The building is in severe disrepair. No fridge. No microwave. Wandering homeless everywhere.
Good staff person at front desk tried to fix everything that was wrong. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Good AC unit worked well.
My room didn't have any towels or extra toilet paper and no tissue paper dispenser (the cleaning staff missed my room). The TV was broken and wouldn't work in spite of the gat at the front desk trying 2 different remotes (not her fault).

Location
The room was filthy. Floors looked like they were not vaccumed or mopped in weeks. Took a shower and after getting ready for bed my feet were black. The two towels had black stains and black marks. I moved the corner table to use the plug and there was so much dust on the wall and lots of debris on the floor. The bed was not comfortable at all. The decour needed updates but no excuse for uncleanliness. DO NOT STAY HERE!
