Did not have breakfast
The kid bouncing a basketball at 7 am
Very close to the freeway, friendly staff.
Shower had mold, floors constantly creak and sound like it's about to collapse so was scaring us all night, bugs crawling inside as the door doesn't seal all the way in. Floors were sticky, clean but very sticky.
Affordable, convenient location to wlk or drive to resturants/stores. Large landscape areas for pets to roam.
I was traveling Portland to San Diego. I would stay here again. The fellow at the front desk was friendly, found my reservation and got me checked in quickly. I had 2 dogs with me so gave me a room with quicker access to outside area. There was ample parking. Safe area. It had a lovely grassy area with a BBQ (which I could see being nice). The room itself was clean. It had a working mini fridge and little microwave. There was adequate wifi and some tv channels to choose from. The bed was comfy. The air conditioner worked great. It did show some wear, (patched wall areas, older shower head, bathroom electrical outlet not working). Location was right off I-5. There was a gas station with a lower gas price, coffee and some take out near by. I would give this motel a 4-5/5 star on the budget motel scale.
There was really nothing I didnt like. Outlet in bathroom needs repair, a new shower head and could fancy up a few things like making the fridge and micro more on a counter space, or a new table.

Clean and quiet room.friendly staff, safe environment, with lots of lights, close to amenities Starbucks, a few other local faves restaurants. And the best part only 15 minutes away from my gym;)

hvac control was confusing and seemed to be limited in heating range
The bed was really comfy and it was an easy check in and check out.
It did not have a do not disturb sign for the door when we went out. There wasn’t a blow dryer or garment bag.
