No coffee in room or at front desk. No mini fridge or microwave. Cigarette butts all over the "green space" dog area.

It was cheap and they allowed pets.

Cons:

There was a lot of sketchy activity there. It wasn't really close to anything but the highway. The dog park was just dirt. You have to leave a large cash deposit.
