I do not recommend.
Pros:

WATER was hot and had strong flow so I loved it.

Cons:

overall, it was not good because my friend was complaining the bug bite in the bed.
we also had water pipe under the sink leaking so the floor got wet so we had to wipe it and bring bucket where water was dripping.

Pros:

Sheets and towels where clean

Cons:

Old, room smelled, door did not seal to outside, poorly painted, in the way an old building gets with many layers of paint covering old paint, caulking and who knows what else
