Delightful owners, great location, poorly cleaned bathroom
Pros:

Extremely friendly owners and good bang for buck. Also near lots of food.

Had to pay for shampoo and extra toilet paper. the fan in the room didn’t work according to temp and made a bad noise. Looked as if someone had explosive fecal matters in the shower. The toilet was hyper aggressive. Seemed more like a half away house. And the owner manipulated us and told us booking was bad and downgraded our room to a double full instead of a double queen. No room other than the beds. The owners had a party at the pool and ignored us when we needed towels, also had their semi-odd behaved dog off leash around the property. Might as well have been laying on the freeway it was so loud.

I will add to my budget and stay elsewhere next time
Pros:

The front staff was very friendly

Cons:

I did not book a smoking room, but I very clearly got one… the room smelt horrible and there were burn marks on the side table and top blanket. Well the sheet appeared clean there was a couple dog hairs on the bed, the bathroom was missing a toilet paper holder, and the sink did not appear very clean.
