The pool in the hot tub to stay was miserable. It was definitely not worth the money and the bed was horrible too normal

The property is clean. The pool was nice.

Cons:

They put us in a room next to a loud ass train. I’ve stayed here over 10 years all different times and practically lived at this hotel for a month under different management. I’ve never been in a room where it was so loud, but I had to call the front desk at three in the morning and ask him what the hell is going on outside. It sounded like somebody was taking a giant garbage dumpster and dumping in the dump truck all night long. Also, the front desk girl upon check-in was horrible. They had a little game that spin a thing and you could get Best Western points or rewards so I spent it and I get this thing that says high five and I go what does that mean and she goes do you want a high five I did not want to hi-fi a random stranger so I said no then she’s like oh well you would’ve got 1000 points like maybe explain the rules before the game that would help and the fact that she just said nope you don’t get the points because I wouldn’t hi-fi her is probably the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard. You should probably work on your customer service, especially with your greeters at the front desk.

Bed bugs :(
Pros:

The staff was nice, and the room was large and had a big fridge. They were welcoming to our small dog.

Cons:

I hate leaving bad reviews, but our room had bed bugs. I had 20+ bites after three nights in this hotel.

Pros:

We have been staying here every weekend. It is a decent hotel or we wouldn't go back. The staff is great very accommodating the pool and hot tub are a nice perk. It would be nice if they served breakfast later on the weekends we never get to have it cause we sleep in. Definitely prefer the king room especially room 301 very nice.

Cons:

Stayed last night had a few issues first room was dirty blood on the comforter that was totally noticeable it looked like they tried to clean it It should have been completely changed it was gross. 2nd room mold in the shower and ceiling of shower looks like they tried to paint over it. Frig wasn't clean. Hair in the hot tub like a bunch it was gross. We've never stayed during the week seems the the weekend housekeepers do a way better job. Then ones during the week.

My hotel of choice!
Pros:

The staff are all pleasant and helpful. The rooms are clean and pretty! Breakfast is a nice combination of hot foods and pastries, cereal, juices, and hot beverages. The pool and weight room are well maintained. Very lovely place!

Pros:

Checking in was excellent. We did not have an adequate bath/shower experience. There was just one bar of soap. The lady was amazing who checked us in. However in the morning the lady kept talking on the phone and barely talked to us. The food was good...I ate however my husband did not eat. I found it strange that the lady kept talking on the phone and acted like we were interrupting her.

Pros:

Very clean Hotel with a great staff who always check to ensure a positive stay. The breakfast is hot and fresh, Burritos , Rice bowls a little bit of a unique experience to enjoy.
