Hotel op goed locatie, zonder de mogelijkheid van ontbijt.
Pros:

De locatie is top. Je zit op vijf minuten lopen afstand van de ferry en midden in het dorp Mae Haad.

Cons:

Op Booking was aangegeven dat er ontbijt zou zijn, maar dat was niet het geval. Volgens de receptioniste was er al 5 jaar geen restaurant meer en toen ik liet zien dat Booking dit nog steeds op de website heeft staan, zei ze nog een keer dat dat al 5 jaar geen mogelijkheid meer was. Toen we aan het overleggen waren over de mogelijkheden, gaf ze ons te kennen dat we negatief op haar overkwamen en we dan de kamers waarschijnlijk ook niet goed vonden. Dit vond ik een heel vreemde uitspraak, aangezien we nog maar bij de receptie stonden.
Eén van de kamers (we hadden er drie) viel inderdaad tegen; heel vies. We vonden overal haren en de kamer leek niet schoongemaakt, maar er lagen wel degelijk nieuwe handdoeken. Ook waren de kopjes in de kamer vies. We durfden hier eigenlijk niks meer van te zeggen. We hebben uiteindelijk een prima verblijf gehad, maar de aankomt was een flinke tegenvaller.

Hotel pas cher. Proche du port et donc pratique. Personnel tres sympa.

Cons:

Chambre en face de zone de travaux. Bruyant le matin. Les lits sont en béton! Les chambres sont faites que si on le demande.

Good location, but the room was not comfortable to stay in.
Pros:

The receptionist was helpful and kind. The room itself had a nice balcony and the location was great.

Cons:

The bed was very hard, you could feel the bed springs through the mattress. It was Also a bit inconvenient that the room key had to be dropped off everyday in order to get room service. The shower head was very poor quality and fell apart mid shower.

Great!
Pros:

Really nice stay! The staff was super friendly and attentive, the room was clean, and the location was convenient. The AC worked perfectly, despite some reviews saying otherwise. Great value for money. The mattress is definitely quite firm, but I actually slept really well. Would stay here again!

Pros:

Das Zimmer hatte eine Klimaanlage.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht geputzt, im Mülleimer lag noch Müll von den Vorgängern drin und in der Dusche lagen ebenfalls noch aufgerissene Shampoopackungen von den Vorgängern herum.
Es machte allgemein den Eindruck, dass das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist und man es einfach verkümmern lässt.
Die Betten waren steinhart.
