Pros:

Excellent location - Salamanca neighbourhod, quiet, upscale, close to the main downtown, easy accesss to airport (10-15 minutes walk to the express airport bus stop 203, which runs every 15 minutes and takes 10-15 min to get to the airport). Hotel is very very clean, staff is friendly, gives great suggestions on where to eat like a local.

l'hotel est dans un état très délabré. le sol est très abîmé, la salle de bain n est pas bien isolée car par la fenêtre l'air passe et entre directement quand on est en train de se doucher. Le téléviseur est une blague. J'ai demandé si je pouvais rentrer une heure plus tôt et ils m'ont dit l'heure d'entrée est à une certaine heure. J'ai appelé et ils m'ont dit qu'ils me rappelleraient pour me prévenir, ce qu'ils n'ont jamais fait. Quand je suis arrivé à l'accueil et j ai demandé, on m'a répondu la même réponse sans aucune vérification à savoir si cela était possible. Ils refusent également qu'on se gare devant l'hôtel pour attendre la mise à disposition de la chambre. Les tarifs de cet hôtel sont disproporcionnés en fonction de la qualité du logement.
