Pros:

Très bon séjour à Gili Air dans cet hôtel idéalement situé, à quelques minutes à pied du port et de la plage, ce qui est très pratique à l’arrivée sur l’île.
Tout est facilement accessible à pied, comme partout sur Gili Air, et l’emplacement permet de rejoindre rapidement les restaurants, les spots de snorkeling et les cafés.
La piscine est superbe et très agréable, parfaite pour se rafraîchir et se détendre. Le personnel est vraiment au top, toujours souriant, accueillant et prêt à aider.
La chambre est spacieuse, avec une très belle salle de bain, confortable et bien aménagée. La pression de l’eau n’est pas très forte, mais c’est assez courant sur une petite île comme Gili Air.
Le restaurant n’est pas le point fort de l’établissement, mais le petit déjeuner est bon, avec un choix entre sucré et salé, ce qui est appréciable.
Au final, un très bon séjour avec un excellent emplacement et un personnel adorable.

Don't recommend
Pros:

Close to port, big resort, two pools, water refilling stations, price was fair even in off season. Outdoor cinema on the beach every night was cool.

Cons:

The resort has definitely seen better days in the past. It looks nice on photos, but in detail, it needs a huge investment. Rooms smell from humidity, you can see it is all old. There are only two power sockets in the whole bedroom, only one of them is next to bed. Only cold water in the bathroom, plus no pressure in the shower. Bathroom is half-open, with net under the ceiling, that has holes in it. Breakfast was very sad, buffet style, you can have better in smaller hotels. Staff was okay during check in and check out, but when we needed them when card from our room stopped working, there was nobody available. Housekeeping was knocking on our door at 9am, while we were still in bed. It is usual to clean rooms at least after breakfast time.

Pros:

Medewerkers van hotel waren enorm vriendelijk en deden uiterst hun best voor hun klanten. Alleen was de hygiene enorm slecht.

Cons:

Badkamer en comfort in kamer en een deur die niet goed te sluiten was waardoor de kans op de entree van ongewenste dieren in de kamer erg groot was.

Très belle établissement proches du port et de la rue principale sans les inconvénients sonores
Pros:

Si ce n’était la piscine et les matelas des transats je dirais que tout était parfait(ils doivent encore faire un effort sur la propreté du contour de la piscine,des matelas sales qui restent dehors sous la pluie).Rarement je n’ai eu à faire à un hôtel qui réponde à tous mes critères.
Bien sûr nous y avons séjourné en basse saison pendant deux semaines,donc le prix etait tout à fait abordable,mais cela reste un très bon établissement.Chambre nettoyée tous les jours,wifi impeccable,personnel qui devient presque une famille,disponible et réactif.
Un beau cadre,des films cinéma tous les soirs.

Good location, great pool
Pros:

Pool was really lovely! And right outside your door so that was a treat! Good location very near the port just a short walking distance!

Cons:

Before we left we checked all the drawers to make sure we didn’t forget something, and found someone else’s clothes who had stayed before us. Makes me wonder how thoroughly they clean. I did notify staff but they didn’t really seem bothered

Great complex and location

Room was lovely and brilliant aircon

Cons:

The deluxe which we paid for isn’t what’s shown on the photos. There’s only 1 room like this, so overpaid for our stay,

Breakfast was terrible compared to all other places we stayed and charged high for a proper coffee

Room a little musty but think this was the complex
