Lovely hotel
Pros:

Very nice hotel with a super comfy bed and always helpful staff, I highly appreciate all the efforts they put into everything. I will be back for sure.

Cons:

As the sliding door towards pool side is not too thick, it can be noisy in the room when children using the pool in the morning. When no one is around, it’s very quiet though.

Relaxing and comfortable with charming and helpful staff
Pros:

This was a lovely spot with comfortable rooms and was great value.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
There is a lovely pool set in a lovely garden. It is at an interesting spot near the water. People watching is fascinating as the boats come and go

Pentru noi a fost bună această cazare, aproape de port, însă camerele ar putea fi puțin revonate, dar pentru noi nu a fost un lucru rău asta, nu a contat. A fost curat, lenjeria de pat curată. Recomand

Nice place, yet ga ve us a lower grade from from what we paid for-no refund
Pros:

The pool was huge and the garden was nice and loved the location

Cons:

We were given a different room to what we paid. We paid for a room that was 113 USD and got the 99 USD room. We even checked again on booking.com from a friend's phone to check if that was the case and it was the same. The worst is that we will not get that $14 difference back. The room was decent. Just not nice knowing we paid more for a cheaper room. Also, the beds were hard as rocks and breakfast not suitable for gluten free folks. Yet you could have eggs and fruit.

Al lado del puerto
Pros:

No entiendo las malas reviews, suele lanzar ofertas de entre 20€/22€ la noche. Por ese precio tienes un hotel al lado del puerto. Con limpieza diaria y una súper piscina.
La cama es comodísima y el personal muy amable. También hay productos de aseo en el baño, toallas limpias y también te facilitan toallas para la piscina. Todo muy limpio. Tienen sesiones de cine a las 19.00

Pros:

Très bon séjour à Gili Air dans cet hôtel idéalement situé, à quelques minutes à pied du port et de la plage, ce qui est très pratique à l’arrivée sur l’île.
Tout est facilement accessible à pied, comme partout sur Gili Air, et l’emplacement permet de rejoindre rapidement les restaurants, les spots de snorkeling et les cafés.
La piscine est superbe et très agréable, parfaite pour se rafraîchir et se détendre. Le personnel est vraiment au top, toujours souriant, accueillant et prêt à aider.
La chambre est spacieuse, avec une très belle salle de bain, confortable et bien aménagée. La pression de l’eau n’est pas très forte, mais c’est assez courant sur une petite île comme Gili Air.
Le restaurant n’est pas le point fort de l’établissement, mais le petit déjeuner est bon, avec un choix entre sucré et salé, ce qui est appréciable.
Au final, un très bon séjour avec un excellent emplacement et un personnel adorable.

Don't recommend
Pros:

Close to port, big resort, two pools, water refilling stations, price was fair even in off season. Outdoor cinema on the beach every night was cool.

Cons:

The resort has definitely seen better days in the past. It looks nice on photos, but in detail, it needs a huge investment. Rooms smell from humidity, you can see it is all old. There are only two power sockets in the whole bedroom, only one of them is next to bed. Only cold water in the bathroom, plus no pressure in the shower. Bathroom is half-open, with net under the ceiling, that has holes in it. Breakfast was very sad, buffet style, you can have better in smaller hotels. Staff was okay during check in and check out, but when we needed them when card from our room stopped working, there was nobody available. Housekeeping was knocking on our door at 9am, while we were still in bed. It is usual to clean rooms at least after breakfast time.

Pros:

Medewerkers van hotel waren enorm vriendelijk en deden uiterst hun best voor hun klanten. Alleen was de hygiene enorm slecht.

Cons:

Badkamer en comfort in kamer en een deur die niet goed te sluiten was waardoor de kans op de entree van ongewenste dieren in de kamer erg groot was.
