Great location and amenities for families! Rooms are VERY SPACIOUS
Pros:

What an outstanding hotel! Our King Suite was incredible during our trip for our son-in-law's college graduation! I also loved that the hotel was holding a food drive and we were able to participate! Additionally, it was great to have operational amenities like the workout room for my husband, and the hot tub and pool for everyone else to relax after a very long day of celebrating.

Cons:

Breakfast options at most hotels are always a challenge for gluten-free guests. I would like to see this changed throughout the hotel industry as it is so much more common today, whether personal preference or in my case, a severe allergy. It was very convenient, however, to walk to Denny's to meet my need.

Clean and comfy but in an interesting area.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Everything was fairly clean and smelled nice. The free cookies on arrival were a nice touch,

Cons:

The location is a little strange. The frontage is looking at the side lot of a declining strip mall. In this side lot was a LOT of, let's just say, unscrupulous activities. We'll let local law enforcement handle it, but not the kind of place I'd like to step outside after dusk. BIG ding for that.

Parking lot is horrible, no matter which entrance you used. It REALLY needs work.

Good Solid Place to Stay
Pros:

This is a good clean hotel with wonderful staff at the front desk. It's about 1/3 mile off of the interstate so there was no noise from the highway. We had a nice room on the 3rd floor. The bed was comfortable and there was a small fridge in the room. There is a pool & hot tub on the 1st floor. They looked inviting but we didn't have time to use them. A free breakfast was included. The coffee machines were a bit different than other hotels - push button machines with Costa coffee. I was skeptical about how the coffee would taste but it was very good. At check-in, we were give free cookies. The front desk staff can give you restaurant recommendations. We took their advice & tried a local restaurant called The Forum. Our meals were good & reasonably priced.

No Visible presence at front desk.
Light bulbs out in bedside lamp and main floor lamp. No room clean up (i.e. taking away of used towels and replacement. No bed made.
